Service

The visit was going ok until I had to show which vehicle was mines. Patricia took the time to scold me. she said don?t straddle the door with my car if it isn?t open. And how the door almost came down on something earlier. In my opinion that?s a door issue not my car ?straddling? the door issue. I didn?t even know the door would when I went to pull up. When it opened I parked it simply, not knowing I would be reprimanded for it. There should be a sign on the door saying park outside of the door if it?s closed. The lobby played good music. The seats are a little dated that housed a smell. The wait time was about 75 minutes not too bad. I noticed the guy who pulled my car out front so I lingered around the service entry and know one acknowledgment me. I lingered because the last time I got serviced there they didn?t put on my lights so waited longer for know reason and didn?t want that to happen this time. I felt like since I was doing that Patricia took her time to gather my paperwork. I did noticed that the guy threw out tag that was hanging on the mirror so I know that caused som confusion. He verified the VIN and she still waited to get me going. The cashier was very nice. When I was leaving Patricia was being extra nice. I?m not sure if it was because the survey would generate or she?s normally nice unless you straddle the door?

I took my car in for a few recalls.

I took my car in for a few recalls. I was greeted by a woman named Vicki who was absolutely the sweetest woman. Seeing that I was obviously new at this she helped me out so much! Explained everything and was super friendly!
