Recall service.

I called to have an appointment to have a ignition switch recall fix done on my 2008 Buick Lucerne. When I arrived the service rep could not find any information about my phone call or my appointment. He scheduled me to have the work done while I waited. The work was done in a short while and I was on my way home in about ninety minutes.

GREAT SERVICE, OUTSTANDING STAFF

MATT FRAME WAS OUTSTANDING! WOULD RECOMMED HIM TO EVERYONE. THE ENIRE STAFF WAS PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. SERVICE IS ALSO GREAT.

Great Service

I needed an oil change, new windshield wipers and a new battery for my 2004 Pontiac Vibe earlier this week, so I took it to Ray Laethem. I've had the car serviced at Ray Laethem since I bought there brand new. They've taken great care of it for me over the years, and the car now has 215,000 miles on it and it still runs like it was brand new!

Good people skills

Bob Hunwick came highly recommended from people he used to work with at White Chapel Cemetery. And Loren did a great job with the demo

Recall issue addressed

My 2011 Acadia was brought in to address a recall issue. Aside from waiting 3 weeks for the availability of a loaner car. The issue was addressed and handled very well.

Awesome Service Department

As usual my visit was handled in a timely, professional and courteous manner. The estimated time of service was on target. Also the Service representative was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and squashed a concern that I had even before the car was serviced. It is always a pleasure when dealing with the service department.

Quick service

I was in for routine, scheduled maintenance. The tech saw that there was no one ahead of me and told me the work would be done right away if I wanted to wait. The work was done in less than an hour and I was out of there. Great!
