Waited 2 weeks for appt for check engine light. Get there oh your here for an update that's already been done. You will have to drop car off and leave it. Service manager very unprofessional. was never told when I made appt I'd have to leave car there and they said even though my apt was at 11am. They over booked and I'd have to make another appt. Nice car but xxxxty Service to get fixed

Kia of Bedford is the worst place to get your Kia
Kia of Bedford is the worst place to get your Kia repaired! First, I took my Kia in to fix my hood that wouldn’t open. I paid and went home. When I went to open the hood, it didn’t work. Lucky my nephew knew what to do and fixed it for me. It is my fault that I didn’t go up there and complain. Secondly, I got a complete break job for 2,700.00. Well my breaks were making this loud squeaky sound. They told me, they do that just drive it for awhile. I finally took it back and they wanted to charge me an additional 800.00 for the caliber. Now after I paid the 2,700 they said they had fixed everything that the diagnostic test required. This particular dealership is shady and the mechanics have a very nasty attitude. Considering what you are paying, the job should be done correctly and they could treat their customers with respect. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone !

Service dept are lairs.
Service dept are lairs. Don’t return calls. Kept telling me my car would be ready by end of day and never was. Manager does not return phone calls. Never told me the repair they did was not cover by my warranty. I’ll stick with Toyota on my next car as I never had problems with their services

I called and got an appointment that was scheduled weeks
I called and got an appointment that was scheduled weeks out. I was told how long it would take and that someone would take me home. I arrived on time and at least 6 cars were sitting in line. While waiting I hear lots of people complaining how no one is answering the phones. I was told that someone would pick me up to get my when it was done. I received a call from Gabby stating that my car was done..I replied go ahead send someone to get me. She replied I have 4 people ahead of you no worries give me 20 minutes and I will call you back. Here's were it gets messy and unprofessional. She called me back to inform me that no one was willing to come get me! I had to work the next day. I explained that they should bring my car to my house. Again, here it is the next day and no car. I go up there after 2 pm and my dirty unwashed sitting in the front. I ask for the SERVICE MANAGER MICTH, THE GUY TOLD ME THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID "I THINKS I'M AT LUNCH I WILL CHECK TO SEE IF IM ON LUNCH!" MITCH THEN GETS UP WALKS 1 FOOT PAST ME WENT INTO THE OFFICE CLOSED DOOR AND SAT DOWN! SO DISRESPECTFUL HE NEVER ASKED HOW COULD HE HELP ME OR ANYTHING. THEY HAD MY CAR HOSTAGE FOR TWO DAYS NOT BECAUSE THEY WERE WORKING ON IT; BUT BECAUSE NO ONE FELT LIKE COMING TO GET ME. THEY NEVER EVEN ANSWERED PHONE OR RETURNED ANY VM. I WOULDN'T TAKE A RAT THERE.

Staff are liars.
Staff are liars. The company owes me money. The continue to lie saying did. No check yet after 2 months. They call me vulgar names. A person who said they were the owner (don't know if true or not) said to come in and let me slap you around. I would be afraid to as I am going on 80 and disabled.

I would like to write a FIVE STAR review on Crystal Francis. I came in yesterday thinking I was leasing another Kia Soul in sky blue and ended up buying out my lease four hours later. Crystal was perfect for this job. She was soft-spoken, ready and able to answer and explain any questions, very smart, patient, non-pressured, and took all the time needed to figure out the right decision for me. Bait and switch.
Bait and switch. They advertise cars on here. I called and made appointment making sure they had the exact car there. They said yes and made an appt to come within the hour. On arrival they pulled up another of similar model asking $5000 more. I said nope wrong one and they said actually the one i called for is locked behind a door and they cant find the key. Wasted half day. Do not trust them to go see them. They will say anything to get you in the door and dont care about wasting your time.

I purchased a Sorento on 17 July at Kia of Bedford.
I purchased a Sorento on 17 July at Kia of Bedford. I purchased a 2 year maintenance plan which included replacement items - Engine Oil and Oil Filter, Air Filter. This Sorento was serviced for oil change/ filter change on 16 January 2024. A copy of Maintenance plan was provided to them at the time of billing. In spite of that, they billed full maintenance amount to me.
