They had exactly what we were looking for. No hassle, in and out service. Sarah was fantastic and very nice. She changed my view on “car sales peoples”bad rap. She addressed every question we had and did her best to get us a speedy exit. Also the sales manager addressed issues i found with the car and had a quick resolution. Fyi, We bought a used car. Thanks for a good experience!

Car has been in the shop for five days and nobody has
Car has been in the shop for five days and nobody has contacted me on what’s going on ! When I call to ask what is going on and to get a rental car Through the dealership because it’s cheaper,nobody calls me back! I still don’t know if my car is in for a recall or some other problem occurred. They’re being pretty hush-hush about it. Also I was never contacted about this so called recall that has left me without wheels.

My experience trying to buy a car from Kia of bed
Went to Kia to turn in my lease and purchase a new vehicle. Had a great credit score and the lease only had a little over 7000 miles on it and it was a 2019. The sales man did what he could but he’s manager did nonthing to help. Bottom line your sales department was lazy, went to mentor and got a great deal great interest rate and they mentor had vehicles plus a sales department that wants to sale cars. Now went to Kia of Bedford for routine maintenance and there computer is down and no service. Thanks Kia of Bedford I will be looking elsewhere but not Bedford

This dealership is such garbage!!! They’re so unprofessional! It is so hard to get in contact with any of their employees and when you leave voicemails or emails NO ONE CONTACTS YOU BACK!!! Time is of the essence and GOOD customer service is key!! Those key ingredients are just not present here!!ABSOLUTE GARBAGE OF A BUSINESS!

Do not purchase a car from here
I purchased my Kia brand new from this dealership. This year it will be four years old. The engine literally runs out of oil every thousand miles. This dealership told me that this is normal according to Kia. I have had to go to the dealership several times over the last few months and still have not gotten this issue resolved. I am now instructed to come to the dealership every thousand miles to do a check.

Thanks for nothing
I live in Parma and was in the Bedford area taking my elderly mother shopping when my back tire went flat. I took it to Kia in Bedford took over two hours to patch it charge me even through I have tire warranty when I meationed it to the guy he told me if I did submit receipt I would be reimbursed. Well after pulling off I noticed the tire they fixed was losing air. From 32 to 26 in like 25 minutes. I called them they said because of the weather it’s probably bringing the pressure down for me to find a gas station and have them put air in it. By this time it was on 16. The guy put 35 in by the time I got home to Parma it was on 16. I am sure it will be flat by morning and I will have to call roadside service. Thanks Kia of Bedford for nothing. From now on I will be like Dorothy on the wizard of Oz. There is no place like home Kia of north Olmsted is the best.

Won’t honor their own offer. Their website states a 199 lease on a ioniq with 2500 down. Found the vehicle that matches the offer. Lowest they will go is closer to 300. I have the credit to qualify. Taxes and fees are 1200 which is 34 a month. Payment should be under 250. Typical bait and switch.

You have the vehicle in stock. It’s your own advertisement and you won’t honor it. Not a good business practice at all. Your dealership is the reason people will buy sight unseen from Carvana and pay more. I’d rather go to the dentist and get a tooth pulled than shop your dealership.
