Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I didn't want to spend a lot of time going back and forth and appreciate that he was able to accommodate that. Bill in finance was also friendly and straightforward. Total time spent was just under 2 hours and included test drive, trade in, financing, and driving out of the lot in my new car!

Our sales person, Courtney, was wonderful- when I scheduled a test drive, she had the car waiting upon our arrival - running and being cooled down for us. She was responsive, communicated well, and was extremely professional. She worked hard to earn our business. When I returned to drop something off after purchasing a car, both she and another sales person were outside, ready to greet customers - I was very impressed by that. She also reached out 2 weeks after purchase to check in and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Overall, the car buying experience was outstanding.

Sales experience was sub-par compared to my first Subaru purchase 10 years ago. I felt the salesperson needed more training before handling customers. Started working with salesperson in March of 2025 and did not get my car till June of 2025. Financing experience was excellent, handled without any issues. Delivery specialist was excellent, reviewed the details of my new vehicle in great detail and was very thorough.

Left an unfavorable review, considering after waiting for an hour we found out that the part was not the correct one that was ordered for my car. I have to come back and do it all over again. People do have to make arrangements to bring their car in.
