The service department made me feel at home. Cathy is by far the BEST service writer of all time. Josh my salesman made the experience easy & fun to do. Their finance department made it an easy transition from my last Jeep to my new Jeep. The sale manager went over & beyond to get a very sentimental magnet off of the back of the car I turned in. Problem with the drive seat
Rob Fleming Service Ad visor, is one of the reason, why I always buy Chrysler , he above and beyond, fair and honest , in and out, excellent customer service. the price was really high, I know he had nothing to do with the price.

Worst Experience Ever!
Charlie Dodds sets the bar for customer service so low that you have to go to corporate headquarters to get satisfaction. You basically in charge of your own sale. If you want to see your car expect to be your own sales person or go somewhere else. They order the car then wash their hands of it. You will be making all the calls, follow up calls and everything else related to the sale. They could not even submit my email correctly that 3 hours was spent with Star Link and Sirius Radio to straighten everything out. Nothing but a mess and no accountability! Do not expect much from this dealership.

A Deal and a Fine Salesperson
I recently leased a 2019 Subaru Outback and I was very pleased with the entire operation at Brunswick Subaru. I was especially impressed with my salesman, Bill Wall. He was very helpful in explaining all the details of car and the sale. In addition, he is very personable and honest. He gave me a much better deal than any other offer.
