I will 100% tell anyone I know who’s interested in a Cadillac to go to Medina Auto Mall because of the staff. My salesman Damiean Tucker was phenomenal from the first inquiry, to the sale, to coordinating with my shipper, and even followed up after I received the car. I know I’m a lot to deal with when buying a car, especially out of state, but Damiean answered the phone for my constant questions, even when he wasn’t working. He sent me multiple pictures and videos of the car throughout the process and made sure it arrived clean and perfect. Roger Luttrell in finance was also fantastic. I made a few changes throughout the process and threw a last minute curveball that he was able to handle quickly and assure me it wasn’t a big deal, even though it was. The bottom line is even though I live in NY and Medina Auto Mall is in Ohio, it’s worth the shipping fee to deal with this level of professionalism. This won’t be the last Cadillac I buy from them.
