Allen's amazing deal!

My husband, Kyle, met Allen by just looking at cars. They had a lot in common. Allen was very friendly and NOT pushy like most salesmen! My husband told Allen the type of car we wanted and of course the color I wanted was black, he found one, I test drove it and Wala the next day we bought a Chevrolet Cruze. Allen was wonderful, helpful, genuine and honest!!! Thank you!!!!!! Helen Frazier

They sold us a vehicle that they new was NOT in good shape!

They sold my Wife a KIA that was a 2002 in really clean shape inside and outside. one month later she went to The beach on vacation. She stopped for gas an noticed a leak and asked the station attendant to look at it. The underside was so rusted up that they deemed in unsafe to drive as every line or part they touched crumbled. The cost fro this repair was over 1500 dollars and she had to rent a car for 500 more so they could order and wait on parts to make it safe to drive. When she got home the exhaust system fell off and while the tailpipe was hanging it melted thru her bumper. Another 329 dollars spent. I went in to talk to them and the General sales Manager started out nice but when he looked at the sale records he said "sorry. you bought it as is". I stated that I could not believe they put it on the rack to check it out saw this extensive rust and sold it anyway. He said they quaranteed safefy and I should have took it to a mechanic for review prior to the purchase! So it is my fault they screwed us! It was NOT safe and needs brakes and what ever else is going to fail. He did offer to take it in as a trade. Now why would I want to get screwed again! The law states as is makes it our problem. But " I am proud to be an America" is xxxxxxxx because morally they should NEVER have put it on the lot.

We am terribly sorry for the negative experience you had with your used vehicle you purchased from us. We do try to buy and sell the nicest vehicles we can, however when it comes to used cars, especially ones over 10 years old, we have no way of knowing what could happen in the future of the vehicle. This is why we list all vehicles over 10 years old "as-is". This is because even though the vehicle could pass our service inspection, things could break that we can not see due to the age of the vehicle. We put every single one of our used cars through service and fix the items that are broken at the current time. Though we are very sorry the vehicle has had some issues, we unforunately have no way to predict the future of the car. As the sales manager had offered, we would be more than willing to take the car back on trade and give you the most we could for the car in current condition, however we legally did specify the vehicle as an as is vehicle, just like another other dealer would, due to the age. If there is anything else we can do to make this situation better for you, please let us know. And we would love to take a look at the car, take it in on trade, and help get you into a newer vehicle, under 10 years old, that could have a warranty available and not have of breaking do to age. new chevy cruze

I recently purchased my first new car with serpentini Chevy of tallmadge. I really wanted a used vehicle but I got a much better deal with a new one due to having a vehicle that was recalled by gm as a trade in. Bill was an amazing salesman. He was completely honest and upfront which u don't see much anymore. I highly recommended this dealership.

Service needs a smile

Cashier was not friendly at all. Had the look of having a bad day, even though it was 8:00am. Not very welcoming.

An all-around good experience.

I will continue to have my 2006 Chev. Impala serviced at Serpentini as I feel they treat me right and I trust them to do the work they say for the amount of money they quote to me. I trust the work is correctly completed to keep my car as dependable as it should be. The person who drove me to the dealership (Chris) to pick up my car, which was a blessing to have that done for me, was quite personable and pleasant as I would want someone in his position to be! All around it was a positive, pleasant experience. Thanks.

Customer Service

The service advisor was not friendly. He hardly acknowledged me when I entered. When I came back to pick up my car, he seemed to have an attitude. He sent me to the girl at the end of the counter for my keys and paperwork. My papers were not there. He did not believe us. He had to come over and check himself. I told him again that the papers were not mine. He then went back to his desk and found them. His customer skills are lacking greatly. He is the reason I would not recommend this dealership. Service is everything!
