Satisfied Customer, Again!

The Varsity Team has done again!!! My first customer experience with the Varsity Lincoln Team I leased a 2013 MKX for (2) years, Nick was my salesperson and my most recent experience, included a team made up of Steve (Customer Service) Ben (Sales), Jere (Sales Director) and Steve (Finance). Again, I was very pleased with the assistance and guidance I received in making my purchase decision. I closed another critical purchase experience and, the customer service was great!!! Thanks Again!!!!

great experience buying a used car

Mario Seman was our salesman. He is great at educating the buyer, finding resources like putting on a cloth top and great to talk to as a person. His energy makes buying a car fun. I would highly recommend him as a salesman to anyone i know. The dealership goes out of the way to make a buyer feel secure in their decision.

Internet buyer

I searched all of USA for a 2017 6 cylinder MKZ and found the lowest price here at Varsity Lincoln. I purchased a 6K miles, Certified used MKZ on line; received a good value for my trade, sight unseen. Worked the numbers over the phone with Mario. When I got there the car was ready, and after some discussion with the finance guy (very knowledgable) we closed the deal and I drove off. This is a beautiful facility and everyone there was polite and friendly and willing to help; too bad I live 300 miles away - I would definitely make this my dealer

Bad experience at this dealership

Was treated very poorly by a sales consultant named Nick when I decided not to buy a car due to his mistakes. Blamed and threatened me. Very unprofessional. What a disappointment, I really liked the prospect of buying from the number one in sales volume. Thought there was a good reason for it. I did not find it.

Personable and trusted Purchase Advisor

As i was walking through the lot, Mario stopped while he was on his way to grab lunch, put his car in park and helped me without ever hurrying me. He was informative, actually listened to me, and never made me feel pressured. The fact that there was no pressure is what made me call back the next day and complete the sale. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, thorough, and a man of his word. In addition, the entire dealership from financing to the service department did a great job and made me and my family feel welcome. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and BTW, I love my new car.

Over the phone purchase!

Lincoln Varsity had the make, model, and color scheme we were searching for. The only initial problem was that they were located 150 miles away. I worked with Mario by phone and he assured me that the car was in mint condition and so I took advantage of their courtesy delivery without seeing the actual car in person. They delivered the car and the transaction took 10 minutes for the paperwork. The delivery driver drove my trade in away and the rest is history. Quality service and a fine tuned business model is what makes Varsity Lincoln stand out.
