As i was walking through the lot, Mario stopped while he was on his way to grab lunch, put his car in park and helped me without ever hurrying me. He was informative, actually listened to me, and never made me feel pressured. The fact that there was no pressure is what made me call back the next day and complete the sale. Throughout the entire process he was responsive, thorough, and a man of his word. In addition, the entire dealership from financing to the service department did a great job and made me and my family feel welcome. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and BTW, I love my new car.

I don't usually write reviews because I don't usually find exemplary service. I was ecstatic at what I found at Varsity's Used car division. I began by talking to their internet consultant Britni and advised her I wanted their friendliest and least pressure salesman to speak with. She laughed and advised everyone was friendly but sent me to Jim Montroy. Both people were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to provide great service. While waiting for the inevitable paperwork, I found my son and I speaking to two others salesman, who again were great people. Nothing but rave reviews for the no-pressure, friendly people here.

I found the car online and then we drove 3 hours to drive them. Ben Leece brought out multiple cars for me to look at and drive. I feel we got a fair deal and good car. I would recommend this dealership. Linda Byrns called today to congratulate and thanks us for dealing with them. Nice touch
