Words can’t even express how much I appreciated Mo at Great Lakes Honda West. He was not only super kind/funny but did not pressure a sale on me. He sat and listened to me and what I needed out of a car. If you are interested in a Honda vehicle I would 100% recommend Great Lakes Honda West and Mo.

The only reason Great Lakes Honda is getting A star is

The only reason Great Lakes Honda is getting A star is because at least one is required. They don't even deserve that. Went in to look at a truck on Sunday. The next day made an agreement to purchase the truck. signed a sales agreement, gave the money down, with the agreement to pick up the truck on Thursday after work, the next day the salesperson was working. The salesperson called and texted me Thursday morning telling me another salesperson sold the truck while she was off. This sales person deserves the commission out of the selling sales managers pocket. She had a sale made. this salesperson has bigger stones than the whole management staff, she did YOUR job by contacting me about YOUR screw up. Shame on you. i was given back my deposit but couldn't get back the SIGNED sales agreement......she deserves better than you GLH. Horrible business practice considering the day and age with social media, yeah this will be blasted all over social media.

It should have been discussed the day i came in to pick up my deposit. There wasnt a sales manager to be found.

Very courteous and professional! We had to make a couple trips to get the vehicle due to location of the vehicle then issues with the vehicle when we came to pick it up. Staff was amazing. Everyone smiles and talks to you! Always asking if we needed anything. Transaction was smooth. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to purchase a new or used car! Laura was who helped us but I'm sure the others are great also! Thank you Laura I love my car 🩷

Our sales person was fantastic ( BG Gajmer).

Our sales person was fantastic ( BG Gajmer). He was patient and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and followed up with us. We were equally impressed with Rora Liddle our finance person. She was very thorough and answered all our questions. Loved this dealership! Would highly recommend!

Esmeralda was such a fantastic sales woman!

Esmeralda was such a fantastic sales woman! She was organized, answered any questions we had throughly. And best of all she was direct and didn’t do the back and forth dance a lot of other places do. The price she told me over the phone was the exact out the door price we paid when we came in to purchase! We drove pretty far to buy from her just because of how awesome she was over the phone with the questions she was able to answer and willingness to beat competitors pricing! I love my new HRV and after hearing all the positive things about the Honda brand in general, plus my great experience at this awesome dealership, I’m sure we will be back when the time comes for another vehicle!
