I had an excellent experience working with Sita to turn

I had an excellent experience working with Sita to turn in my lease at expiration and purchase a new 2025 CRV. She was friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard to get me into the right car. She was even accommodating of my copilot (my son) and let him sit inside his dream truck during our visit :)

Keith Eberhardt was my salesman for my previous vehicle

Keith Eberhardt was my salesman for my previous vehicle and I felt he was very accommodating and professional back in 2022 and wothy of my business again. I was comfortable working with Keith every step of the way on this vehicle transaction. Although trying to manage split time between myself and another customer, Keith always kept my wait time to a minimum. The vehicle I was in search of wasn't available at the time of my initial visit, but Keith did follow up with a call letting me know that my vehicle finally came in. Upon my arrival and a few hours later (car had to be prepped), we had a deal in place and I was eventually on my way. Keith did assist in helping set up my phone contacts, safety and security procedures on my car prior to leaving. Hats off to Keith, a true professional!

Salesperson was very helpful and we enjoyed working with her. I feel we received a fair deal and would likely return to this dealer in the future. My only disappointment is with the person selling additional packages such as warranties, etc. I felt he was disrespectful, condescending. Though I clearly said no to these packages, he persisted.

Fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience. Everyone appeared to be busy, juggling multiple tasks at one time, however you’d never know it based on the efficient & personalized attention we received. Everyone went above and beyond starting with Keith in sales, Shana in service and Jeanette in finance. I can’t say enough good things to show our appreciation for the top notch service. This is the only dealership I intend to work with moving forward.
