My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, but the prices

My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner, but the prices are very high. I couldn't get a lot of work done on my truck because there was a $150 fee to look at anything. I could have went somewhere else and not had to worry about the fees. I thought it would have been cheaper to take my Chevy truck to a chevy dealer, but I was completely wrong.

We can completely understand your concern and focus on cost. We believe in providing real value to our customers and charge a diagnostic fee less than many of our competitors. Our fee of $149 is to diagnose and make an estimate toward repairs needed, after all, we want to make sure whatever is recommended is actually what is needed to fix a problem. Should the customer choose to perform those repairs with us we waive that $149 fee, just paying the cost of the repairs. If the customer declines the repairs, then yes, they are subject to the $149 which is the time and detail taken to identify any problems and concerns. We hope that helps clarify our diagnostic fee.

Sam Shikwana best salesman

Sam Shikwana is the best salesman to acquire at Matick Chevrolet. Not only did he make getting a brand new vehicle the quickest process, but my credit had a few flaws and he STILL pushed as hard as he could to help me out in a tough spot. All hoops that I had to jump through were all there from me, Sam just helped me hurdle through with ease and was polite and positive through the ENTIRE experience. I will forever recommend Sam Shikwana to everyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Matick Chevrolet for helping me out. You guys are the best.

Purchased a new 2023 Corvette from Matick and the entire

Purchased a new 2023 Corvette from Matick and the entire experience was excellent. Salesman Scott Trocker went above and beyond all expectations. He was extremely well prepared and answered all my questions accurately. No xx from Scott or the Matick staff. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Not consistent or truthful.

Not consistent or truthful. I am never told the same thing twice when I take my car in for an oil change. On visit I need brakes, I ask pads or both pads and rotors and I was told both. I was confused because I didn’t have and issues that would lease me to believe I needed brakes. I asked about a squeaky sound in the back on driver said and that was never addressed. Months went by and never said anything else to me about the brakes. I took my car somewhere else and was told I didn’t need rotors but wouldn’t hurt to change the break pads. I went to a different Chevy dealership for an oil change and was told I was going to need tires in the future but I was good right now. That was the only time I went to another dealer but they also didn’t say I needed breaks. I came back to Matick and got a good report and I asked the person assisting me Tauren was he sure my tires were in good condition because the paperwork had all checked off green and he said that is what the technician said. I said ok because another deal told me I would need new tires soon. Had to take my car back the next day or 2 and was told I needed to new tires. My car was shaking and steering wheel shaking so hard I had to really hold it and this would happen whether I accelerated or didn’t. So how did I have good tires a day or two ago but now I need two new tires that cost me about $500 Told Tauren I needed a to be compensated for my inconvenience and he gave me only 20% I believe. I bought my car from Matick and have only had my car serviced at Matick except that one time. I am not sure I am going to continue to bring my business to Matick. This visit I was told I needed a flat tire repair and a filter replaced, I don’t believe anything that is told to me anymore. I agree to the work but I should feel like I am being told the truth and not being looked at as a dollar sign. Left this time and car is making a squeaky sound the whole time when I am driving, stopping, turning…wasn’t do that before this appointment. Couldn’t take the car back because I had and appointment for the car to be dropped off at Matick collision shop to get work done.

Fast, courteous, professional. I wanted an SUV with 3.6L, AWD, and Dark color (Black, Blue, Burgundy) had within days of starting process. They also swapped my wheel locks from my old vehicle. Thanks John
