GMC 2022 door repair

Took four weeks to bring the car in because they had no rentals , then to fix my car took another four weeks, and after I paid almost $4000. The paint was sprained over my windshield and mirror, still waiting for someone to call me back ?Even though I?m a loyal customers for 10 years, I am not happy with this experience.

We sincerely apologize that we weren't able to provide you directly with a rental vehicle. Due to the major shortage of new vehicles around the country due to production and microchip issues, we and many other dealerships have been forced to greatly reduce our rental fleets, which have traditionally been made up of those new vehicles. We recognize the inconvenience and sincerely apologize for that. In terms of the repair quality, we had no idea there was any issue, and am going to reach out to you directly to discuss the concern. Thank you for letting us know so we can make things right.

I found a 2011 Camaro which is now only $8000 but they

I found a 2011 Camaro which is now only $8000 but they will Not sell it to me because I d live in Redford despite my credit union being in Grand Blanc. How else do they discriminate?

There must be a miscommunication here. We would never discriminate based on the location of one's home or financial institution they work with. After learning of a concern you were having with a website online, one of our Managers attempted to call you to further discuss and assist and left a message only to find you had since left this review. We wanted to assist you as best we could and coordinate with whatever credit union you use, however, we couldn't reduce the price of the vehicle as much as you desired and wouldn't allow us to work through whatever confusion there was about a location issue you perceived. We apologize if we couldn't help you more, but certainly not for lack of attempt.

I have an response from Rachael Bunting that said the dealership doesn't sell outside of Redmond because they recommend uninspected vehicles to be towed. My first offer, by the way, is the price of the Camaro currently. I contacted a "sales manager" by phone a week ago asking for a resolution with zero response until this one.
