1st service on my 23 ZL1 Camaro

Dave and service department were on time and explained in detail what was being done. They were very careful with my car. A good bunch of car guys(and girl) back there. Even though it?s a 120mi round trip I?ll be bringing it here for all my service work.

Made an app.

Made an app. With Lisa was told the car just came off the truck and was in detail and that the car would be there for our app. Drove an hour to get there a half hour early only to see someone else driving the car away then was told Lisa was not even there for our app. Then was told they dont hold cars for app. Ask when the next one that they have coming in would be there i was ignored will never go back to this place

Well they way to correct this is that you make an app to show a certain car then you should have that car to show not a different one that is the wrong color and to have the people that have the app pull in and see someone else driving out in the car they were there to see and then get told the person Lisa was not even there to explain then get ignored by the manager after he said he would look to see when the next car would be in easy fix

Made an appointment with Lisa to see a car was told that the car would there when we got there that the car just came in and was being detailed and would not be on the lot till the next day she made the appointment for 5:30 we got there a half hour early to find out Lisa was not there and that the car was sold then tried to show us a different one some puke yellow one you would think if you make an appointment on a car and tell someone that it would be there then it should be not try to give them something else so just everyone out know that they are a first come first serve place and don't care about appointments cuz the person you make one with most likely won't be there

Tell you they can work a deal on car drive over 3 hours

Tell you they can work a deal on car drive over 3 hours to dealership only have them tell you that there no way to work any deals out I asked them servaral times on the phone Mickey said they have a lady that would work things out asked for her only to be told she's not there at that dealership she was working at another location they lie about what they can do won't be back there to ever do any deals they could be straight forward said they couldn't do anything instead drive over 3 hours to say nothing they can do xxxx poor service if you ask me rather deal with honest people not much of crooks

Very Pleased!

Went in to purchase a car today and wasn't sure how things would turn out but it went amazingly well! I was please with everyone because even though they all were not dealing with us directly, they were very friendly! Kim H was nothing short of amazing! And was really cool how Brian came over and introduce himself and how funny he was. I really felt comfortable and pleased! Thanks!

Service

Every time I come to dealership I’m there for 1 1/2 - 2 hours even just for an oil change, then if any issues they come in after over an hour to tell me and then want me to wait longer to fix issue. Was told last visit that front brakes needed to be redone after just having them done there because they were grinding and squealing so I made another appointment to get them redone and after waiting an hour was told that it was the back now not the front but 2 weeks ago after bringing it in was told it was the front and they would fix them again because they were under warranty - service rep was nice and friendly but service seems slow and un reliable to tell me 1 thing and 2 weeks later tell me something else

False advertising

My wife went in looking for a used vehicle. She was told she would receive a gift card as well as a credit report for her visit. After failing to come to terms she left without a gift card or a credit report. It's not about the promised items, it's just that they weren't even offered after being promised. Her credit was never even ran to see where rates would fall and a payment that was offered was way out of the park. The car was nice and the dealership was as well. It just seemed they weren't willing to make a sale. She was also given a poor excuse on what KBB trade in would be. We did our research going in knowing what here trade would be and it seemed that they were trying to low ball here on that.
