Bait and switch

Dealer hounded me with emails and texts that they wanted my trade . I sent detailed info, pictures texts and did value my trade . I did a preapp as well. I finally decided to drive the 2 hours because I seen something I wanted . Was told all looks great we can do it , and “let’s try this vehicle , you like it(10k asking over what I wanted to spend) but I made appointment to get the gift card , we flew up there , and the appointmwnt sale person wasn’t there . Another took care of us but didn’t come out and say oh the girl left or anything , the told us the car we drove up for sold that am — it 2 pm when we made appointment and 415 when we got there. We test drove something that really wasn’t the it car for us. We got back and they came to us and told us instead of 7,980 for my trade they were “around 5,000”. (My car listed for sale on other lots the car is listed at 14500. I asked about that value my trade form and he basically said it was worthless. I told them I was out right there.- I wasn’t giving my hood car away nor adding of negative equity on another loan. Never got my gift card or another offer to work on something else . Emails and such say “trade in values are at a rediculs” high s—- Trade in a are not rediculas high and the value your trade page is worthless Trade offer was a low ball and value your trade like the other dealerships use - that “is locked in amount” being to your dealer is pain I even sent pictures and got half of what that paper said — and my car is pretty decent

xxxx no don’t take your vehicle

Had my truck there twice second time took it running on all 8 cylinders got it back running on 4 can’t pass 40 miles an hour almost got hit pulling out of there driveway would not recommend at all steer clear scam artist

So incredibly disappointed 😞

Baffled and disgusted with my experience. I have no words. I am sad though, I really liked a vehicle they had! Anytime I questioned anything I was told it's our policy which didn't even make sense for example I said that it said on the website "vehicles were returnable up to 7 days after delivery" and they said it was their policy to not delivery so they dont honor that!? This is just a few of the many ridiculous answers I received and in the end the kicker was after all the lies and bs I still really wanted the car!

Will not even give price over phone! Over msrp or what? Nice to know the pricing so to consider. Never had any positive experience at this dealer. Thought I would try again, mistake and waste of time.

car service

over all not bad service but having to pay for a diagnostics fee at the same place I get service done is unusual to me, besides that the problem isnt fixed so hopefully they dont expect a second diagnostics fee or another day of car rental.

I've been coming here for a while. Came today for my oldest kid to get her credit going. Had zero credit. It was easy and they made it quick. Brought out exact vehicle we wanted to buy. It was like they knew us! Ryan has been our sales guy for a few years.
