Autonation North Canton OH
Horrible communication tried to charge more then what was quoted. Then when I went to leave my Jeep wouldn't start. Was told batteries are tricky by the Service Mgr. Will never take my car there again.

Purchased 2016 Taurus SEL
Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at a pre-owned Taurus and ended up buying a new 2016 Taurus. The discount offered on the new car was better value than the pre-owned. I had always purchased pre-owned but couldn't walk away from the deal put together by Brian Gilmore (GM) and Cameron Ritenour (Sales). Mihal Fuciu (Finance Manager) was very professional and explained all financing details with clarity. They even brought the car to us after they detailed the car and fixed some minor scratches. Thanks guys for making it a positive car buying experience!
