Over all was a Go experience. The staff was respectful nice and listen to our needs. The only thing I would change is to speed up the process of buying a new vehicle.

When I came into the dealership he had a new Civic pulled up front and took it through the car wash, so it was nice clean when I got there. He Went over everything with me and made sure I understood my new car. Just an awesome experience!

Just Purchased a Used 2011 Nissan here and everything was handled well ... from our sales rep, Brock, to final drive off with the car. Only real delay was under staffing in finance causing us to wait awhile...but the "cafe like" lobby with free flavored coffee and popcorn machine were a nice touch... we spent the entire day around area dealerships but came back to Performance Honda because they had done their homework and had offers ready before we arrived. Used car shopping is stressful but hats off to Brock and team. Well done.
