Very pleasant experience.

I inquired about a 2024 Toyota Tundra Crewmax SR5 that

I inquired about a 2024 Toyota Tundra Crewmax SR5 that was listed on Facebook marketplace for $51,538 on July 26. The online salesman that I dealt with was MJ his number was 5137207012. I sent the contingent offer that I wanted them to look at was that I would trade in my 2024 jeep grand Cherokee, which is paid off and then finance $5000 to purchase the Tundra. After reading my offer he sent a message indicating that the offer was good. He told me to come on in and they would make the deal work that day. So I drove to the dealership with my Jeep ready to make the deal. When I arrived at the dealership the General Sales Manager, Jermaine Dixon informed me that they were unable to honor the deal that the online salesman said they would do. He also told me that there was no way for them to make the deal happen without the title. Which was on its way to me in the mail. He acted like they could not honor the deal without the title, even though the finance manager had said it was possible to do with a power of attorney. Performance Toyota has horrific customer service skills, and in the end lost current and future business due to their lack of ability to make a deal that they accepted work. They did not have good communication skills with each other or with me, and this lack of professionalism was not like any Toyota dealership I have dealt with in my life, which is quite a few. I am a frequent Toyota customer and I would not recommend Performance Toyota to anyone. If you are looking for an honest, upfront, professional, customer service driven dealership, Performance Toyota is not your place.

This was my 2nd new vehicle to purchase from performance toyota. They are very informative and thorough with answering my questions. From start to finish, the whole purchase process was low pressure but an exciting experience. Rayshawn my salesman and Jeff Rhodes and TJ in the front office were acceptional to work with. I recommend giving these guys a try.
