Took in for regular oil change and tire rotation. Made appointment, when i arrived i was told i was on a wait list along with non apointments, also having issues with intermittent wiper not working, was told they are working as they should, tried later that day when it rained and still not working. They did not test with water as should have been done, would not recomend

Great experience

Great experience for purchasing a used car! Went in looking for a specific 3-year range of a certain Make & Model. Richard, my salesperson, was wonderful - made the whole process so easy. Test-drove the car, and left with the car very happy! Would recommend this location and Richard to anyone else looking for a used car experience.

Worst car shopping experience ever and I'm 63 bought 20

Worst car shopping experience ever and I'm 63 bought 20 cars in my lifetime , I had to deal with the worst salesman who acted like he did'nt even want to talk to me let alone sell me anything, he was rude ,uniformed , unmotivated . I was ready to buy a toyota tacoma on the spot but because of him i'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Do your self a favor and avoid performance toyota at all cost !

Great experience at Performance Toyota, Fairfield

We would like to take the time to say how pleasant our experience was while buying our new Camry on Saturday and also having Elan Mousa at performance Toyota as our salesman. Elan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We appreciate the time he spent with us and his willingness to help us through the entire process! The Miller's

Hello, purchased a new Camry 9/11.

Hello, purchased a new Camry 9/11. They appraised car at $15780 but they only gave $14870 for trade allowance. Don’t fall for there slick wordings calling effective trade credit. Go somewhere else and get the value for trade in. We we’re their until almost 10:00;waiting for financing. We ran through paperwork didn’t realize until next day., You get the credit off your taxes when trading in but they took off trade in also. Very sketchy.

e LaShonda Jones 4 reviews·1 photo 4 months ago Sterling Jackson was the best sales man I could have ever met he made sure that I got exactly what I wanted for the best deal. The financing team Quintin had me in and out explaining everything perfectly. Thank you so much for your time and patience. We're so glad to hear that you had a fantastic experience working with Sterling. Until next time, take care! megan underwood 1 review·1 photo 4 months ago I had the pleasure of working with Tristan. I started talking to him back in Feb 2022 and told him everything I was looking for and wanted. He never gave up and I am now finally driving my dream vehicle!! Highlander XSE Dale Trimble NEW This is going to be kind of a long review, and some of it is my fault so I hope this is something that others will learn from. 1rst off i was pre-approved with financing from my bank here in my town.( im abiut 300 miles from the dealership) but i let amanda talk me into letting them do the financing to save time as long as it was the sameterms and rate which she agreed. I even called them before i left to drive the 5 hrs to thier dealership to assure all was good to which i was told yes it was. I got there drove the truck and all was good except for a couple of things which i will get back to. Once I got back to the finance guy though it kinda took a turn. He starts off with quoting me the wrong term and rates. The % rate was over 3 points higher than what we agreed on. Which you can't blame them for trying. They speed thru and get you to agree to a higher rate they make more money, so I applaud the effort. Then he really started pushing the extras paint protection and all thatcstuff which I declined and he just kept pushing it relentlessly. Even after I said no 5 or 6 times he figured it all in with the monthly payment . Again I applaud the effort because that's all free money to them but I finally convinced him I didn't want any of it and all was good. I got the term I wanted as well as the rate. All this was done on the 17th of Aug. so all I done is drive it home and around town a couple of times because I had to have surgery on the 24th of Aug and haven't been able to drive since. So this past weekend the 2nd of Sept. I detailing it since I can't drive it and I notice 2 big dents in the top of the truck in the seams directly across from each other( now I do take responsibility for not catching it when I did the walk around before I agreed to buy it) so I took pics and emailed the dealership telling them about it to which, as I expected they say they could do nothing about) now it was damaged before they got it so I really don't think they caught it when they took possession of it. The truck according to the car fax was shipped from Pennsylvania to a dealership in Missouri. Now we think it was damaged during the shipping and when Missouri got they certified it pre-owned in stead of fixing it because like I said it's in a crease so it will be an expensive fix and after they certified it pre-owned they put it on smart auction only for dealers and performance toyota bought it just from pics online just like I did. So when they got it they either didn't catch it or didn't care. And I didn't catch it when I bought it, but to be honest how many people dealers or consumers stand on the doorframe to look at the tops of trucks. So now im going to have to spend a couple thousand dollars to get this fixed so it doesn't start rusting worse. Please see the photos I have attached and learn from this experience.

Sales person helpful.

Sales person helpful. Management not. Car offered to be reserved. Then management pulls it for their ‘event’. Won’t sell i t. ‘Come try to win a chance to buy it.’ Are you kidding me?? It was already offered to me. Unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere.

At last, a great car-buying experience!

At last, a great car-buying experience! My salesperson, Samantha, was extremely helpful, honest and like a breath of fresh air. I left with the car I loved (she even delivered it!) and the exact terms I had planned on. Thanks to all involved.
