I recently purchased a used truck from Performance Toyota. I service was great. They took time to show me the car fax and have me what I needed for my trade in. The sales person Tammy Nortman was not pushy and seemed very knowledgeable. All in all the experience was very pleasant. Thanks Ms. Nortman.

I contacted Zach Baver to inquire about a new Camry. He laid out all the features and benefits that came with this particular lease option. I felt well-informed and confident in my purchase. Zach spent hours with me on the lot, driving, and even supporting me as I made my decision. Because of Zach, my eyes were open to the quality and durability of Toyota cars. He offered many personal anecdotes about his own cars: The super fast Mr2 that he never drives, the durable and rugged FJ cruiser he took to red river gorge and his fancy Lexus he lavishly drives around town in. Salesman David Melendez was not the stereotypical car salesman. No pressure,well informed and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I felt that he went over and above to earn our business including having the car delivered to our house in time to surprise our son. Would be more than comfortable in referring anyone to contact him if they are looking to buy or lease a new or used car.

Performance Toyota really knows what customer service means. From the time I walked through the door, during the test drive, and till the very end, they provided great customer service. My salesman Craig, made sure that I left there with the kind of vehicle that I wanted. This was the first brand new car that I have owned. We were in a bit of a time crunch (weird huh?) and needed to get the process done quickly. Our sales rep (Glenn), understood that and worked hard to meet our time crunch.
