I had a great experience with John Sweeney!

I had a great experience with John Sweeney! He was friendly, timely on communications, and helped get me a better interest rate for my financing that I would have alone! He even picked me up from my house so I didn't have to Uber or order a taxi for the final signing!

Walt Sweeney Ford Sold me a complete lemon 2023 F150

Walt Sweeney Ford Sold me a complete lemon 2023 F150 Lightning that died within one week while driving and forcing me to stop dangerously on the highway. After purchasing it three weeks ago it has been in the shop for over a week and the service department says the fix will take at least a month to remove the main battery, test everything, and get the necessary parts for repairs. Yes it was used but with less than 10,000 miles and is still under the full factory warranty. They just keep telling me “it’s covered” although I am still sitting here without a working vehicle and looking for a ride to work after paying almost $50k including the FordProtect Premium Care EV extended service plan so I can “Drive on with confidence!” They refuse to do the right thing by taking it back or allowing me to trade it in for a working vehicle. Instead I’m stuck without a ride for the foreseeable future and my first new car payment coming due.
