Car purchasing can present many challenges however, having Bryson as my guide it was not al all a challenge. He met and introduced himself to me to inquire what my interest was and offered to allow me to have time to browse the inventory freely with no shadowing. When I decided on a vehicle he assisted with pre-cooling of vehicle and allowing me to drive car. Upon my return he engaged with me for my feelings on car and with my enjoyment and satisfaction of the look and driving experience we proceeded with history of SUV and he gathered my personal information. I informed him of the time I had to complete the process. Bryson also shared this with his team and we were able to finish in record time and for that I was able to purchase my vehicle that day. I have had some questions since purchase and Bryson was totally there for me and he has followed up afterwards. Customer Service is big for me.
