Not happy with car buying experience. Sales person wasn't...

Not happy with car buying experience. Sales person wasn't up to date on car I purchased. Was told remote start on car and wasn't.

RUN!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! Would NOT recommend....

If they were near as good as appearances...YEA RIGHT! NOT. Do not go to this place. Be warned. I wasn't and what a joke this place turned out to be.

Smooth Transaction

Looked up Tim Bowman from other DealerRater reviews and began process on truck we were interested in. We had done our homework and Tim was extremely easy to deal with very transparent and honest. Told us a few things to stay away from and others to look into. Has been a very good experience and we recommend the CincyCarGuy.

Kim is a great addition to the team

Our Service provider, Kim was the best! She clearly explained everything that was needed to get not one of my cars but two of them safely back on the road. When I returned home with one car a coolant hose clamp let loose. I called Kim and she very calmly told me what to do to get the car back to the shop and we were back on the road in just a couple of hours. Really appreciate it

Worst experience with sales person, sales managers,...

Worst experience with sales person, sales managers, inaccurate reporting when turning in leases, sales mgr yelling at you on the phone, harrassing behavior, giving consumers vehicles with admittance of problems...two vehicles low tires, having to detail them myself, not having all mats in car...rickie the sales person takes over 5 hours for 2 cars to finish the deal. A lot more than this with my experience. Stay away from this dealership.

Used car purchase

Purchased a 2018 Equinox. Jacob was the absolute best salesperson to deal with. Very attentive and thorough. Only thing that I was disappointed in was they did not make sure the gas tank was full when I picked up my SUV

2018 GMC Van

Jim Garrrison took care of me very good, the van he showed me I like and got it. The only thing I am waiting on is spare tire and ask about did this van come with remote door unlock buttons. Thanks, Errol
