GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Earlier this year I took my car in...

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Earlier this year I took my car in for a repair and I waited two days before I received a diagnostic report. They told me what it would take to repair along with other recommendations which were very expensive. I paid for the repairs and the car had the same problem. The workers in service were not friendly and didn't appear to be concern that my car was not fixed. They said I needed to pay again to do another diagnostic on it before they could try to resolve the problem. I took the car to another dealer who resolved my problem and charge less. The customer service at the other dealership was wonderful. I will NEVER recommend or come back to this company,

We got agreement on the drive out fees (the salesman is Michael Powell) for 2019 Hyundai Elantra SE. After some minutes, he tried to raise the fees, very disappointing, shameful, and not professional. Also be aware they will add some highly unreasonable fee like EPAP beside the listed price. Do a lot of research on some extra fees before buying the car from dealer, be aware with vulture dealers, Jake Sweeney Chevrolet is one of them.

New Car Buyer

Excellent customer service. The buying process was one of the easiest, smoothest I have ever encountered. My salesman Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Will be a repeat customer.

2017 Silverado

I bought my 2017 Silverado from Jake sweeney and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. But before I purchased my truck there was a medium size dent on the rear quarter panel I asked if they would fix the damage and they agreed. When I called to set up the repair Mike Mullins the used car sales manager was the one who helped me get everything set up from the drop off to the loaner car to the time it was going to be finished. Anyway the truck came back looking like new I was genuinely impressed with the fact that the used car sales manager would go through all that trouble to make sure I was happy. That's why I will continue to drive from dayton to buy another vehicle from Jake sweeney

I had bought a 2019 chevrolet malibu last year with only...

I had bought a 2019 chevrolet malibu last year with only 5 miles on it. A year and two months later I had to have service on my car because I was driving down a hill and my brakes went out on me. So I called jake sweney and told them and they had my car towed there. They give me a rental car and ld me my car was still warranty and they would it. So I was happy with that. The next day they called and told me my oil was sluggished and they asked me where I was getting oil changes and I told them they did my last oil change and before that i had 3 othere oil from my licensed mecanic and he has on private shop. I had to send documention that I was getting oil changes and I had to have my mecanic call up to jake sweeney verify documentation. They told me they was not going to honor my warranty because they didnt believe my mecanic wasn't using the right oil and he was using 5w-30 full sythentic. That is when I had call general motors and they to investigate the situation. I only had 17,571 miles on my car. I had have my towed somewhere else and get fixed. Then they told me my rar would be free and since they didn't honor the warranty i had to pay 200 dollars eventhough I had paper that they give me stating it be free rental. They said it wasn't because of the warranty. In my opinion I wouldn't another car from them and I would recommend anyone to get there car fixed from htem. It was a very stressful situation and I had to miss a couple days from work. Customer service horrible and ruse and nasty. They also told me that was my engine was bad and I would need another engine. How could i need a new engine if i only had 17,500 miles on my car.

First experience buying new car.

I was in the market for a brand new car, I was looking at dealerships near me ( Florence Ky) and I really couldn't get the help I needed. Then I seen a ad for Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, so I looked them up and liked what I saw. Then I got a call from Rich ( salesman) he was very polite and got whatever answers I needed, Rich and I was talking for a couple of days trying to get me to the monthly payments I needed. So then I drove 35 minutes into Ohio in all that traffic to go see Rich and the Trax I wanted. The show room was amazing, I tested drove the Trax and we made a deal. If you need a certain monthly payment I suggest you go see them at Jake Sweeney Chevrolet, they all were so nice and friendly and very clean. They detailed my new car and filled the tank up. This was a very awesome experience for me. Thank you Rich you made me feel like I was important.

Tried to but a 2008 Toyota Tundra wit 164,000 mile

I tried to buy a 2008 Toyota tundra for $12,000 putting $3000 down and they told me they could not finance it or it could not get financed because it had too many miles are used to sell cars and I’m not sure how that was the deciding factor.

Don’t waste your time going on line to schedule service...

Don’t waste your time going on line to schedule service appt. “it’s first come first serve”. Why have an online scheduler if your appt means nothing. I had a7:30am oil change appt it’s now 9:10am and I’m still waiting. Horrible service. Last time I use this place.

Your follow up response makes me laugh...I hate to write bad reviews but you guys really shouldn't push through contracts on holiday weekend. Then you wouldn't make your customers do the work to find out who would finance them . It totally upset me, I was embarrassed by being yelled at by a finance guy who yelled at me. Then you write to say it should be a great experience..and to contact you..you wouldn't call back. You know the number and don't people deserve to have correct paperwork. When buying a new car... I was gonna refer my son..nope no more..don't trust your staff. What a shame. The only decent employee is Darrin Aden.

This company sold me three cars. This time they put a...

This company sold me three cars. This time they put a wrong contract information. I went to talk to them the finance guy yelled at me and walked away. After getting a new finance guy to talk to us and he promised he call back to verify..he didn't..left message for supervisor he didn't call..I finally found out it was Capital One not GM Financial who they said I was financed by. So they didn't call back or bother..but it was their fault. If you buy a car go to Darin Aden who knows his stuff...I didn't buy a car from him this time...I wish I would have...he's the only one in that place who is smart, kind and does take care of customers...I give there people a F

Why would i call? I was treated with disrespect.Your staff wouldn't call back anyways. I dont like to write bad reviews but honestly, i would only dreal with Mr. Aden. Hes now a manager..but he didnt sell me the car. When i purchased the last car from me, he called a few days later checked on me to see if i was happy with car. I was never so upset with your sneaky finance dept. It was Memorial Day weekend on Friday, it was 8pm when we met with finance...gheez ..how do you think i got a printed wrong contract that left me to spend lots of time to find out who the finance company was. The very least thing you could have done was apologize. Plus you have my number...your company sales and management and finance is awful.
