Service is trouble had a leak on cab of my truck around...
Service is trouble had a leak on cab of my truck around light on the back. Noticed after I brought the truck and it rained. Service fixed the leak and now it’s leaking again. Will not fix now said my warranty is gone on there fix very SAD on their part 😡

Bad Customer service
Bought a used but new vehicle, a 2018 Ram power wagon, it only came with 3 floor mats, missing driver side, This truck came with a factory winch but did not receive the winch controller, only had one key with this truck...I contacted the salesman (Nick Austin) which Nick contacted Ryan Mcman who was supposed to get these items to me..Now the story has changed, I have to purchase these items myself...These items should of came with the truck..I can NOT use my winch without the controller... I came all the way from Indianapolis to buy from them because on website it talks about good customer, If this is good customer service then all I can say is buyer beware and I'm telling everyone they are not customer friendly nor are they willing to try to make this right.

Horrible experience. Wish we could review it with no...
Horrible experience. Wish we could review it with no stars. Bought a car on January 3 with a certified cashiers check. A month later, the , temporary tag provided has fallen off. Went to DMV but we can't get it titled without the title. Called February 3 to inquire why we havent received title. We were told it was mailed out January 31. Today is February 6, still no title. Called back and was told it wasn't mailed until maybe February 3. So, I bought a car I can't legally drive because they are doing something shady with the title.

Really unsatisfied customer
Jim Maertz was a good salesman Charles is a scam artist on trade ins, not honest and should be demoted to lot boy! Andy Furman is a horrible spokes person for your dealership. When Andy tells me that the name of the game and laughs and your customer, terrible terrible terrible!! Jake Sweeney could do much better I will think really hard to buy from them again. And even harder to recommend the to friends and family

Worst Experience Ever. Dave Shelton. Poor Service.
After searching for a Chevy Equinox on CarGurus, we found one we LOVED at Jake Sweeney. I called Dave Shelton on Thursday and asked if we come test drive and potentially purchase the vehicle on Saturday. Dave said absolutely and it would be ready for us. Shelton Blamed us for not calling 24 hours ahead of time. We searched multiple lots for about a half hour with Dave in a truck he was selling to someone else... Couldn’t find the car we wanted after providing the stock number for over an hour. he sent us inside and we waited a total for 1.5 hours to be told it wasn’t serviced and not ready, and asked us to come back Monday. We drove over an hour to see this car, test, and purchase after providing multiple day notice and we were blamed for not communicating better. He said he “thought” it would’ve been ready and we should always call before coming. He then proceeded to receive another phone call that he had another customer come see him, and then he told us he’d fill us with gas so that way we could leave appropriately. As we walked out, Dave said he would meet us at the shell station AFTER he said hi to the other customers and got them settled. We left and found a new dealer. Very Rude comments, horrible manner, and really didn’t appreciate the entire experience overall.
