Unprofessional finance guy over shadows experience

Our salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. However, the finance guy was very unprofessional. Never have I been treated so poorly by someone who I was trying to do business with. I guess the finance guy had a lunch date or something because he was actively discouraging me from reading through the papers I needed to sign. At one point, he brought up my "poor wife and kids sitting out there". The funny part was, by not letting him rush me, I caught an error of his that ended up saving me a nice chunk of change. If I had just set up my financing through my bank before walking in the door, this would be a 5 star review. We were very happy with our vehicle, and again their salesman Nick was one of the finest I have worked with.

Borcherding Buick - the BEST!

Everyone - from making the appt., to checking me in...to getting a loaner car...to checking me out - was very nice and knowledgeable. They made it very convenient for me to get my car serviced and to get to work as needed. Chris called with news about the progress on the car and then later to tell me it was finished. Never disappointed with the Borcherding team! Thank you!!!

Don't Let the "VIP Service" Fool You!

The people at Borcherding GMC are friendly; however, there is a significant lack of capability in their service department. Our GMC Acadia is nearly 1.5 yrs old but has required no less than 10 service appointments, mostly due to reoccurring issues that the service department was unable to resolve. The typical response continues to be, "oh yes, we are sorry... We'll give you a loaner and fix your car.". Over the past month, I have had loaner cars more than I have had my own car! It is unbelievable that a dealership that touts having VIP service fails to mention that their service department.isnt capable of fixing anything.

Not so great service department

I will NEVER return. I have only had my vehicle for a year and there have been two times where they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The reason is because they never checked. Never again!

Exceptional sales service & financing

We were rear-ended and our Chevy Tahoe totaled. We were in shock, pain, and aggravation. We had been searching online for days and days, and had made the 1 hour drive to Kings Mills 4 nights in a row, searching the myriad dealers for a replacement truck. Finally, we landed at Borcherding and our dilemma was solved. Scott Griffith went way above what we would have expected to make sure our needs were met and we were happy with our purchase, including excellent financing and personal attention. I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Verano Turbo Premium

The purchasing experience for the Verano was fairly average. It took only a few days to get the exact model ordered. The problem with this dealership is service department. It seemed like every time I was at the dealership the service (just routine) would take longer than it should and no one seemed to be able to give me an answer. On top of that, more than once the car came back from service without being washed. It definitely left a lot to be desired as Buick is trying to present itself as an upscale brand.

Absolutely terrible car dealership

This dealership is terrible. No one seems to know anything about cars, I bought a used car from here and just days later it wouldn't start and was jumping so I took it back to get fixed and they gave me a loaner car which the lug nuts fell off of while I was driving. After saying my car was fixed I returned to nothing being fixed at all. I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and acted like he didn't care at all. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The dealership is excellent. Tony in the body shop is a true professional. He takes care and provides excellent service day in and day out every day. He never fails to provide 100 percent.

Borcherding Auto Collision

I have been a customer of Borcherding Auto Collision for many many years and have know Mr. Gillespie for many years. He is without a doubt one of the best in the business. They don't come any better than him,and for wanting his customers to be completely happy with their automobile when the work is done. Just keep up the great work and you will have many more happy customers like myself. Thanks again
