Mason Constable went above and beyond to quickly close

Mason Constable went above and beyond to quickly close our deal and get us on our way. He was responsive to my messages and texts and went out of his way to answer our questions. It was worth the two hour drive to get to the dealership!

I took the car in for an oil change, part of a series of

I took the car in for an oil change, part of a series of oil changes paid for when I bought the car. I don?t really know what is in the 5 point inspection they said they did. But I was sent home after I was told that I had a leak, but they didn?t know where it was coming from. I would have to make an appointment to find out where the leak was. I know I paid a lot for an extended policy, but the only thing they ever did using that policy was change the oil and balance the tires. I paid an outrageous amount to have a couple of lights fixed. And when I went in, I had a warning from my car telling me a left front light needed service. When I asked about that, I was told they?d have to run a computer check before they could even estimate cost. The computer check would cost close to $200.00. I decided to go to a different place to check on the ?leak? and the light.

AWESOME experience! Josh Thatcher and Mike Wilson were great to work with. They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable! I will return to Borcherding again next time when looking for a vehicle!

I was very well satisfied with my experience at Borcherding Buick. My sales person Tyler was professional and very helpful. He was easy to deal with and it did not take long to come to a fair agreement. Everyone was helpful and friendly. One of the easiest trades I have ever made.

Took my 2022 gmc 3500 in for trade and was given in

Took my 2022 gmc 3500 in for trade and was given in writing a price of $50000. Next day decided to work on buying and they would not accept their offer of 50000. The said they made a mistake. And only want to give me 46000 . Well I did get 50000 else where so buyer be ware they will stiff you on your trade.

I ordered a Hummer Truck and SUV with GMC and gave a

I ordered a Hummer Truck and SUV with GMC and gave a deposit for each. Kenwood Dealer group took over Borcherding while I was waiting for my truck to come in. The truck came in and they backed out on our agreed price so they could sell it to someone else for more. I then cancelled the SUV order to get my deposit back on that so as to avoid the same thing. That was in November of 2023. Have I gotten my deposits back? NO!!! I was working with both GMC and Borcherding and was promised my refunds back and now all of the sudden I am not getting a response any more from Steve Camp and the dealer. So I basically gave money to GMC so that Borcherding could make money on my order. At least give me my money back! Not even a thank you for ordering this so they could have it so sell it way above MSRP.

Sales staff were all courteous and polite.we delt with Josh and he was very willing to spend the time with us to fully explain any of our questions.He was also very professional with his sales approach and not pushy.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! Sales person Jerry Bittner was very helpful. Traveled almost 2.5 hours so YES service was great!

Great experience.

Great experience. No hassle Stood behind their word Made the whole experience easy and no complications and no controversy about who said what and what what was promised. They stood behind everything they said ! Dave Parker ( not the baseball player ) and Josh Waddell were fantastic ! I will buy again.
