Lexus es 350

Gr??? sales lady to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I felt very comfortable working with her. I would definitely come back and purchase another car from her.

Great experience.

Pete Beck and Dan Kommeth are great people to deal with. This is our second RX 350 that we purchased from this dealership. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Great

The service and staff at performance lexus was great. I originally went to lexus river center in Kentucky, but the service and staff were very poor. I wanted them to search for a 2014 lexus with my color and options. They said they would call me within a week. Then two weeks went by and it kept getting longer with no call. They didn't even take a deposit from me when I offered. Performance lexus of Kings Automall was GREAT! They took good care of me. It was double the driving distance but well worth it. -

Best Experience Ever!

I have purchased more than 12 vehicles over the last 10 years and I have never had a better experience. They were very respectful of my wife and I. They didn't hassle us with pointless pricing. I drove from Kentucky just to get the vehicle and I will drive there again for my next. We purchased a 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500. The entire staff is great from sales to financing. One highlight was the tailored video that was sent to my cell phone with a walk around of the vehicle I wanted. I have never seen that before and honestly it was a deciding factor for me to take the drive. See you on the next purchase!!!

Great Experience

We worked with John Milazzo and he was friendly and courteous. John helped us pick a great vehicle that my entire family enjoys. I would recommend John and Performance Lexus. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase as this is my 2nd Lexus.

Great experience!

Wonderful purchase experience... The sales and finance teams really went out of their way to help me with a bit of a difficult situation. Everything ended up working out much better than I imagined was possible. And did I mention I love my car? I also had a great experience with the service department when taking my car in for the first recommended service. Very friendly and helpful!

Excellent Professionals

As a representative of Lexus, Azra Blanusa was my outstanding sales consultant. She presented Performance Lexus as a premier Cincinnati, Ohio, dealership and Lexus as a top tier automotive luxury brand. Not only did I work with Azra but I made contact with other Performance representatives (sales manager, used car manager, finance manager, delivery/technology specialist, and receptionist) in completing my purchase. Everyone worked to meet my expectations. Being pressured was never my experience. Through everyone’s work, it was clear that their primary goal was to assist me to make a transition into a Lexus vehicle an exciting process. Based upon my forty years of purchasing new automobiles, this was the first time I have ever experienced such high quality in a sales consultant and a dealership. Thanks Azra and Performance!

Pete Beck was very friendly, informative and professional, which helped me decide to buy my certified pre-owned Lexus. The service at Performance Lexus is first class and everyone is courteous and accommodating.
