I am blown away every time I purchase a vehicle from Performance Lexus. I ordered my new 2022 Lexus UX Hybrid mid November 2021. Due to Covid-19 my car came in yesterday all the way from Japan. I was in need of a vehicle to purchase/drive in the meantime. Rick made it happen! I drove the 2021 Lexus UX Hybrid for two months and loved it; when my custom made vehicle arrived I feel in LOVE all over again. The process was painless; Geoff in technology went over everything in my new vehicle so I would be comfortable and that was a plus too. Jason did an impeccable job with financing and disclosed everything, while we navigated through the paperwork. Rick your customer service is always above and beyond. Just walked in casually one Saturday morning without an appointment. Was greeted immediately. Began talking with a salesman (Austin) within minutes. The process was painless and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. Multiple managers (Ralph and Tony) came over to introduce themselves. We were offered waters, etc. New to the brand. Have made a career working for a rival luxury German automobile company… Was absolutely blown away by the experience! Dealership is impressive. Modern. Clean. Lots of amenities. Was given a tour. Everything was explained clearly and with tremendous patience. Never felt rushed. There was no haggling. No price markup. Refreshingly transparent. Given the current market climate, I was not expecting to have a car for maybe a month or two. Salesman followed up with me the next few days. By that following Saturday morning our car was ready! Again, everything went smoothly. Jeff in finance was great to work with. He took the time to secure the best rate. There was many services offered but wasn’t pressured into buying more. Ralph came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and thank us for our business. Carson and Geoffrey helped my wife learn how to use all of the technology on the car. It didn’t take very long at all. They were very efficient, professional, and considerate. Car even came with a few goodies like an umbrella, bag, key chain, even Lexus Chapstick! Ha. (Thanks Krista!) Already feel like I have made new friends there. So far it looks like they have secured long time returning customers! Highly recommend buying here. Have bought many cars from the Kings Auto Mall’s various dealerships over the years. Performance Lexus was hands down the best buying experience of my life.

I lost my wife this past December and have been pretty low, but decided to pick myself up by looking for and purchasing a sport car for weekend fun. My late wife loved and owned a Lexus RX350 which we often drove to Florida with our sweet dog Daisy in the backseat. I saw the ad for this red Lexus Classic car the SC430 and visited Performance Lexus at Kings Automall. I imediately liked Rick Hubble, because he was friendly and funny and worked hard to make this Lexus Red Beauty mine. Rick, Jeff Butler and the 2 young guys who personally delivered the car to my home in Villa Hills, Ky. were wonderful and I am thrilled to drive this beautiful car. They all made this deal easy and stress free. The car has been excellently prepared, drives great and I am amazed how a 20 year old car could be in such great shape.
