Performance Lexus

On February 16, 2022, I walked into Performance Lexus for the very 1st time and from Start to Finish was treated with the Highest Level of Service I could ever have asked for! I, initially, received great information from Steven Broughton over the phone and then Roderick (“Rick”) Hubble was with me every step of the way from the moment Eric kindly walked me over to Sales from the Service Dept., and after I bought out my lease and added some extra Preferred Options, Steven helped me get my car where it needed to be and Rick continually checked on me and checked on my Lexus, to keep me informed as soon as it was ready. And because I Love my Lexus UX 250 Hybrid so much, is why I chose to actually purchase it instead of just leasing it, and to walk me through that process was one of the best, most detail oriented and well-informed Finance Managers, I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, Jason Morgan. He took a generous amount of time with me to explain all the different benefits of the various Preferred Options that were offered and throughout my entire time at the dealership yesterday, both Jason and Rick, with their outgoing and even, ‘entertaining’ personalities, made the car-buying process rather fun! Throughout the afternoon I spent with them, both Rick and Jason, made me feel, in Rick’s words, as “their esteemed guest”! Also Rick, kindly changed out my license plates for me and generously, walked me to my car, completing Performance Lexus’ excellent Door-to-Door service from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I will definitely be back for years to come and I look forward to sharing this wonderful experience with many friends and family, so, they too, can become part of the Performance Lexus Family!
