I had committed to buy a vehicle with a verbal agreement
I had committed to buy a vehicle with a verbal agreement including an agreed upon price, as I am not located in the area. They were supposed to get back to me regarding the status of a repair the vehicle needed. They instead did not respond to me for 2 days and sold the vehicle out from under me. I would avoid doing any business with them whatsoever! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable from a dealer that claims to be the best in Ohio!
