I dreaded the dealer experience, expecting high pressure, pushy sales support, and I expected to be hit with add on to cost that would push my budget. I was wrong! We had a delightful afternoon working with Roderick to narrow down our choice. He was very patient, never trying to move us in a particular direction. In fact, we test drove the ES as well a several SUV models our own, allowing my wife and I to select the model that best fit our needs, The costs were as posted on the car, any options to additional warranties available were purely my decision with no pressure from Lexus. I felt we made a new friend in Roderick, and, we found a new home for our auto service needs and future purchase/lease needs at Performance Lexus. Great technical orientation the morning we picked up our new vehicle!
