Performance Lexus

I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the sales people to include John Huling, Tony Baxter, and Jeff Butler. We wished to pay cash and the staff did their best to work with us to finalize the purchase without any pressure. The used car department worked with me on a couple of items that needed attention and they did not hesitate to cover the expense of the repair. With-in two days I experienced the excellent sales staff and the service department; namely Tim Johnston. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced and the used sales staff covered the expense. At this writing, Oct 18, 2017 I am driving a loaner car (2017 Lexus RX 350) until repairs are completed; I appreciate all their professionalism and efforts to make it right.

Stephen Maness at Performance Lexus Kings Auto Mall did an excellent job helping us select our 2017 RX350. He was outstanding in putting the customer first. Johnathan Gutman also did an excellent job explaining the technology in the vehicle and assisting us out the door. It was a very positive purchase experience. The experience was a 10+.

He was so knowledgeable, very friendly, NOT pushy, down-to-earth, and really listened to how I wanted to go about getting my first Lexus. We have recently been on the lookout for a Lexus hybrid a CT200h to be exact. We searched Autotrader and other sites to find one and came across one at Performance Lexus. Upon recommendations from others we traveled north to check it out. We were greeted by the smiling receptionists at the entrance to a beautiful dealership - hands down nicest I have ever entered. We then meet with the sales manager and he set us up with Ben Halpin. He graciously offered the lounge area for my children to watch Sunday football while my wife and I looked at the car. From the beginning, he was never “salesy” he always answered our questions honestly and with a smile. He was curious about our situation and tried his best to accommodate our schedule throughout. Ben was the friendliest salesman I have worked with to date and I have been through many car purchases with my wife over the past 10 years. I had some pretty sour car buying experiences in the past, however, I was pleasantly surprised this was not the same in any way. I ended up buying the certified CT200h for my wife because in the end they did not stop until we had the deal we wanted. I know they are in the car sales business but they went above and beyond to meet our needs. My wife and I without any hesitation would buy a car again from Performance Lexus. I look forward to utilizing the amenities the dealership offers. I would recommend them to others not only for car buying experience but also the service. If the car buying experience is this good I am confident the service department is top notch. I will return to Performance when the time comes to buy another Lexus. They showed me what car buying should be like.

Jeff Smith (Car Daddy) is a wonderful sales consultant because I felt comfortable and at ease without him pressuring for a sale. Nothing compares to the amenities or luxurious comforts you get while you wait for your car e.g. movie theatre, gym, coffee, food...My parents bought a lexus here years ago and I loved how reliable and one of the least cost of maintenance it was and also did my grandparents. Definitely will keep coming back.

Just purchased the car of my dreams, a used SC 430 with under 37k miles, in exceptional condition. The car was everything the ad said it was, my salesman, Jon Huling, was helpful and respectful, and a heck of a nice guy. After spending 4 months shopping online for an SC 430 in every major US city, I found the price I got this car for to be more than fair; a great deal. Thanks to Ralph Sells, sales manager, for getting involved, and the nice guy who gave me the scale model of my SC off of his his own office shelves, because he just perceived I was "the kind of guy that would appreciate it". I mean, who does that? I'm a car guy. I am grinning alot. I will return to this dealer.
