I worked with Jeff Smith aka Car Daddy. Jeff and the team provided an AWESOME car buying experience. Jeff provided me with information to ensure I made an educated purchase. Great dealership, great service and people ready to please.

Have bought 6 or 7 cars from Performance. I was recently hit by another driver and my car totaled. John Milazzo, salesman & Ritchie Cook, sales manager, helped me understand what I might expect from my insurance company. Their efforts resulted in my receiving 10% more than I otherwise would have received. I really appreciated this extra effort on their part. Over the years I have bought many cars, but never found a dealership as great as Performance. EVERY PERSON in the dealership from the general manager to the young girl that drys off washed cars gets five stars from me. I highly recommend you visit Performance and I'm sure you will be pleased.

Purchased pre-owned vehicle

Robb Kelly and Jeff Butler couldn't have been better to work with in the purchase of my latest vehicle. This is the second car I've purchased from Performance Lexus from more than 300 miles away. The quality of the product and service are why I keep coming back.

Wonderful Experience at Performance Lexus!

You can't go wrong at Performance Lexus. This is a dealership which cares about the customer experience. Dealing with Doug Greenup was great; he's easy to talk to and to buy from. After the sale, Kris went over every part of my driving experience and showed me how to take full advantage of the features in the car. I had a problem with the app. Kris cleared up all of this this morning, and then followed up with me via phone to ensure that I was able to complete installation! All car buying should be this terrific an experience!

Great experience with Tony Baxter!

Just purchased a 2015 Lexus RX350 from Tony Baxter at Performance Lexus and had a great experience. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and the facilities were top notch. From the test drive through signing the papers with Jeff Butler, it was a very smooth process. I highly recommend Performance Lexus and Tony Baxter!

Superior Service!

My sales person Doug Greenup was amazing! I always take a long time to determine what I want. I went in to trade my NX lease. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but I knew that it would be a Lexus! I gave Doug my "must haves" and he found the perfect sedan. He advised me that there was a great rebate on the ES350. I wasn't sure if I wanted a sedan, since I have been in an SUV for a while. We took a long test drive. Doug was very patient and answered any questions we had. The Sales Manager Ralf was there to provide me with the best deal. This was our 3rd car that we have purchased from Performance Lexus. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Finally, the finance part; the part we all dread. Jeff Butler made it as easy as it could have been. Very professional and provided great explanation. I absolutely love my new ES350 and it even has more options that I needed. The safety features and comfort is what sold me on it.

Buying a 350 ES for my wife.

Katherine Sweeney took wonderful care of our requests and put together a very satisfactory purchase agreement for my wife's new car. If I had one criticism of the process, it would be, that the paper work process is from the fifties. in this day of computer efficiency the process shoulld take 20 minutes, not an hour and a half. Lexus is not alone. Every car i've purchased put me thru the same over extended process and took a great deal of fun out of the buying experience. all dealers should get into the 21st century and fix this elongated, tiring and patience testing wrap up the sale. We are very looking forward to the new car and would shop Performance Lexus when looking for a purchase again.
