Customers since 1999

We have been customers of Performance Lexis since 1999, and we still are. This should say it all. Not only have we purchased our cars there, but we also have had our cars serviced there. We have found the service prices to be very competitive, but what is not competitive is the expertise. The Lexis service personnel are expertly trained to repair and maintain Lexis vehicles. Their work is impeccable, and the actual person who does the work is willing to discuss with the customer, what was done and why. In our case, Phyllis Hartman is our go to person who makes sure everything is coordinated, and she does not hesitate to make sure we have a loaner vehicle if appropriate. We never have been disappointed. As for the sales process, which I understand can be a painful process, is no so at Performance. Mike Witte is our primary sales associate, and Tony Baxter is his capable partner. There guys are great and make the buying experience easy. They work with Ralph Sells, the sales manager, to assure that the "deal" is fair to everyone, and it is. They do what they say they are going to do, and nothing is hidden or ambiguous, which is the most one can expect and what the customer deserves. For these reasons, among others, we will continue to purchase and service our vehicles here.

knowledgeable, professional, friendly!

Magic Man

Roderick worked his magic to put the deal together that got me my car! He was courteous, responsive, and LISTENED to what I could and couldn't do. I appreciated that. I did not walk away with buyer's remorse and will thoroughly enjoy my new car.

Simple ,No surprises, No hassles, and No Hard Sell

Very Happy!

The experience I had at Performance Lexus was extremely positive. Jeff Kaplan took care of me from the beginning to the moment I drove off the dealership lot. He went out of his way to work carefully with me by being patient, explaining all aspects of the leasing options I could choose and making appropriate adjustments when they became necessary. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Jason Morgan assisted me with the sales contract. He was also very patient, thorough and answered all my questions with kindness and clarity. Kris Cathcart went through the car with me and answered all the questions I had, and then some. He didn't miss one feature. I understood his tour very easily. I look forward to stopping by the dealership to have my car cleaned and maintained as well as visiting with my sales team. I will definitely recommend Performance Lexus and Jeff Kaplan to others in the future.
