Custom Ordered 2017 GX 460
I ordered a 2017 GX 460. Because the specific options were not currently available from existing stock in the US, it had to come straight from the factory in Japan. The process took about 4 months, but Tony Baxter & Ralph Sells always kept us up to date on the status of my car and when we should expect it to arrive. The day it came on the truck Tony texted us a picture of it being unloaded! Tony is excellent at ensuring that our very specific requests are always met and does it with a smile on his face. I highly recommend buying any new or preowned car from Tony Baxter. And when you need any service, including an oil change, Tim Johnston is the man to go to!

I just purchased a 2015 Lexus RX350 at Performance Lexus from Ton Baxter. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He went above and beyond to make it a pleasurable, easy experience. A great car buying experience.
Purchasing a vehicle at performance Lexus was a great experience. Without hesitation, the staff stayed after hours to help with purchasing the vehicle, and this was much appreciated. My family thoroughly enjoyed the theater while I was working with the staff. Thank you performance Lexus.

Best purchase experience ever!!
Dan Kommeth (general manager) and Geoffrey Bobst ( salesperson) went far beyond my expectations to insure I had every question answered. They were both extremely responsive without ever displaying any pressure to make a sale. I'm very certain I made a purchase at a fair price. Geoffrey has followed up after the sale to make sure my experience was perfect and to invite me to call anytime if I needed anything related to my purchase. GREAT JOB DAN AND GEOFFREY.

It was a great experience to buy my new RX 350. Tony Baxter, sales consultant helped make the buying process lot easier. Jonathan Gutman, delivery specialist, gave a detailed orientation of the vehicle that helped me understand the various functions and instrumentation.

Smitty (Jonathon Smith), Rich Cook & Jeff Butler always go above and beyond to help us. We can’t thank them enough. Many companies could learn a lesson from Performance Lexus's customer service skills. We have purchased several cars from them and we always leave feeling special. Adding to that- their service department goes out of their way to accommodate us. We live 1 1/2 hours away and we'll continue to go to Performance Lexus for our automotive needs.
