Great Sales Consultant
We purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester in August of 2018 from Joshua Darnell..He went out of his way to get us a great deal and the car we wanted..Fast forward to to the week of 2/23/19 my sons cars went south,so we thought we would give him the 2018 Forester..We called Joshua and went to the dealership this morning and we left the lot with a 2019 Subaru Forester..Joshua really knows how to make buying a new car painless..We feel we got the best deal around for the model we wanted..Again Joshua really worked with us..Left again really happy...

Deceptive practices
Paid $8000.00 to Subaru of Kings Auto Mall for an engine re-manufacturing. Procedure took 6 months. I was told before the project started I would receive a 36 month/ 100, 000 mile warranty. When the project was completed, I was denied a warranty held by Subaru of Kings Auto mall. I was told that the warranty was held by the company that did the engine re-manufacturing work. The warranty was not available for review until two month after the repair was completed. . I advised in writing, my position to the Service Manager, General Manager, and CEO of Subaru of America, that I was lead to believe that Subaru was providing me with the warranty as stated by the Service Manager. Their response was unprofessional and at best, deceptive. The Director of Customer service, whom I contact at Subaru of America Corporate, told me “The issue was between me and Subaru of Kings Auto mall.” I consulted a lawyer to examine the warranty and was told “The warranty provided by the re-manufacturing company was not comprehensive to the degree necessary to make it valid.” He stated it was worthless. I will never purchase a Subaru again and made a pledge to share this experience with as many of my professional colleagues as possible. I am still pursuing and will continue to pursue my right to have a warranty held by Subaru Kings Auto Mall.

Great customer experience
Not only we received very attentive service unlike many companies their opening time was 7am we arrived at 6:45am and he opened the doors to check us in companies like Costco should take notice of your parking lot not the sign you post they do here!

Very nice cars
Great trade in value on your car. But have little to no effort in finding a place to finance you. They will run it threw themselves and if it dosnt approve that's about as far as it will go you might as well go home. Have great credit or dont buy a car here unless you have 5,000 to put down.

Amazing Dealership!
I had been putting off car shopping for a long time, as I was very intimidated by the process. I finally bit the bullet and decided to visit Subaru of Kings Auto Mall to look for a new vehicle. This was my first-ever car shopping experience and I genuinely could not have hoped for a better one. Rob spent several hours with my family and I to ensure that we were thoroughly informed of all of our options, placing no pressure on us to make a decision we were not comfortable making. Great service!
My Subaru was just in for some minor service. Although well over 100,000 miles, and 12 years old, no one has ever pressured me to purchase a new Subaru. Rather, I am told I have a lot of miles left! I love my Outback’s pick up, comfort, and maneuverability. Everyone in Service has always been helpful, straightforward and pleasant to deal with, especially Lisa. My questions are answered honestly!
