I was shopping around for a new vehicle. I contacted a...

I was shopping around for a new vehicle. I contacted a few dealerships. Two of the dealerships was able to reach near my price. The next day about 9am I called Subaru of Kings Automall (Cincinnati/Mason, Ohio) regarding financing a vehicle. The first discussion Stephen could not meet my price. I receive an email few hours about a lease offer. I though.. yeah.. here we go..cat and mouse game. I have always heard negative comments about leasing. I listen to Stephen about the advantages and disadvantages. I was almost sold. The closing deal was monthly payments, gap insurance no added cost, AWD and all of the safety features. I was sold. The process of buying the vehicle, was AWESOME easy, all computerize with a flash drive. I did not have to spend hours of signing papers. The finance manager Aaron did an EXCELLENT job of explaining every detail. I feel bad about one thing, Aaron and Stephen stayed well over the closing time, but they did it with grace. Plus, the dealership will order my license plates. In three years, I cant wait to lease again. – Rickie

Just bought my 1st Subaru from Kings Auto Mall Subaru and...

Just bought my 1st Subaru from Kings Auto Mall Subaru and was so impressed with our sales person Greg and the dealership. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Greg went above and beyond to find the perfect match for our needs. He was patient and understanding and is genuinely authentic. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. I would recommend this dealership to others. Greg made the car buying experience way more pleasant than I expected.

It is always a pleasure visiting Subaru at the Kings auto mall, JT is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot. The rest of the staff are always courteous and friendly. I will always get my vehicles from there.

stellar purchase experience!

My salesperson, Steve, as well as Jered, in the Internet department, both went WAY above and beyond to make my vehicle purchasing experience stellar! My finance manager, Sean, was incredibly friendly and very thorough when explaining the different options I could choose from. With the combined knowledge of these three, I am more than confident in the decision I made to purchase from Subaru of Kings Automall. 10/10 Would recommend! I LOVE my new Outback Onyx XT! Thank y’all SO MUCH! :)

I visited the service dept on 06NOV19 and worked with Sequoia Foster. He was very professional and efficient. After the service he went over the Multipoint inspection line by line and answered all my questions about future maintenance need. He was very helpful

Always a pleasure to work with Bob Foster at Kings...

Always a pleasure to work with Bob Foster at Kings Subaru. Stopped in for an oil change for my Legacy when I spotted the 2020 Subaru Forester Sport. A test drive later, I traded my low mileage 2017 Legacy for a Silver Ice 2020 Subaru Forester Sport! Bob and the Kings Subaru team made the trade and purchase of my new Forester a very pleasant experience. This is my 3rd Subaru and I will keep coming back!

Simple honesty may have saved a sale

Went to look at a used 2016 Certified Used Subaru Legacy. Looked at the car on the site, but when the salesperson pulled the car around, there was a big dent in the front bumper. This bumper was not in the picture, there was also some fender separation. You could see the gap between panels was wider than the gap on the other panels. Salesman tried to convince me that it was just a part of buying a used car and I should just accept it. It started to become clear that the damage to this vehicle had occurred some time on the lot, based off of the photos, they were the same vehicle, but had been damaged. Instead of apologizing or promising a fix I had to argue with them to promise to fix it. I then did some research and found out that a Subaru can not qualify to be Certified if it has a dent greater than 1 inch. This vehicle was already certified, and had a 3 inch dent in the bumper. If they were honest with me, admitted it was a mistake on the lot, and the salesman guaranteed it would have been fixed. I would have purchased the car. Instead of honesty or apologies, I got lies.
