Made it simple...

Good Service

All employees seem to be trained well, all around. I was told approximate time my car would be ready and it was actually done early.

Don't buy the Maintenance Pro Plus Plan

I was sold a Maintenance Pro Plus plan. What a joke. They didn't cover the broken windshield, a tow when car broke down, dents.

We would like to express our apologies for any misunderstanding that may have occurred when you purchased your maintenance plan. We hate to lose a customer any time but it is especially troublesome when we lose a customer over something that could probably have been avoided. While it may be too late to change how you feel, we will learn from this experience and use it as an example of how we can improve in the future.

Great experience from Colerain Honda

I have just bought a car from Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain, and I am very satisfied with the process. Tom Jones was my contact from the dealer, and he is very helpful and professional. He spent lots of time explaining the car to me. The sales manager, Dave and John, are also very helpful. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Car Buying: The Good and the Bad

Every time I visited the Jeff Wyler Honda (Colerain) showroom, I was greeted by a super friendly sales person. I first worked with Macello Gray. He was informative and took his time to go over the specs/engine even for a woman shopping alone. I wasn't ready to purchase, so I can't speak as to his negotiating. The 2nd time, my husband and I were both met by Bobby Grigsby. He too was friendly and knowledgeable, but did help push to get us a deal we could work with. Ninety-nine of the blame of our not purchasing a car from Bobby could be put on Lance Hargrove. Lance was arrogant and demeaning to us. He went as far as to assume we don't make enough money to buy a Honda by saying, "Our average customer makes $60, 000 a year," not even knowing what our income was at the time. He offered us a vehicle for $2000 MORE than it was listed for on their website. I did a live chat and got no help. I wrote a letter to Jeff Wyler and got no response. I left a negative message on Facebook and got a response. They asked me to come in and give them another chance. I'm glad I did. Aaron Frisk was AWESOME! I met with him on several occasions. He took his time, researched for the right answers to my questions, and helped fight for us in pricing. Lance Hargrove on the other hand was heckling me about how my wanting a passenger armrest was an, "expensive armrest." Jeff Wyler Honda could have made a ton more money if they had worked with us in buying the 1st (used) CR-V we were interested in. Instead, Aaron Frisk helped us get a new one for a steal. The day we bought, several others were buying vehicles and the finance department was backed up. Aaron stayed 45 minutes after his shift was over to set up our new car to our specs and to make sure we knew how to use and change things in the future. We left with a handshake and an offer to see him anytime we needed anything with our new car. I will be asking for Aaron Frisk the next time we need to purchase a Honda and I hope you'll ask for AARON FRISK too!

Very satisfied with the experience!

Made an appointment to meet with Tom Jones at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain. We met, he was on top of everything we had previously discussed. He had the vehicle I had suggested ready for me to see/drive and once I agreed this was the one I wanted, he worked very hard to get everything take care of in a timely manner. My husband and I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to anyone that asks and I will be doing business with them in the future as well. I highly recommend both Tom and Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain!

Wonderful Salesman

My sales associate, Conrad Barnes in Colerain, went above/beyond to help get us a great deal on a New CRV. He and the finance department explained everything in detail and let us make our decisions on extras. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Would recommend salesman and Honda Colerain to everyone. Thanks!!!

great car buying day! Love my new CRV
