The people in the service department are all first rate. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I am certain that Tina , the department head is the reason for this. I normally do not take the time to fill out these surveys, but I feel Honda should be aware . I purchased my vehicle at Performance Honda . I would never go near those crooks again. That entire sales force conspired to cheat me, overcharging me on everything. I was taken advantage of due to a very stressful time in my life.
