Perfect job
Honda East put a new air conditioner in my 2017 CRV and it works perfectly. Everyone there is so polite and helpful that it's a pleasure doing business with them.

Made It Right!
Can't say enough good things about Austin Renner and the his managers at Honda East. We had an issue last year with the AC unit on our 2016 Pilot. It was fixed under warranty, but after the winter, the problems popped up again when we started using AC in the spring. Unfortunately for us, we were now 3,000 miles over the warranty limit. Neither Honda USA or the extended warranty program were inclined to help us with this $2,000+ estimate. Austin went to bat for us, Honda East worked out an acceptable deal for all sides. Going above and beyond for the customer earns my loyalty and business real quick, I'll continue to use Honda East for all my service needs on the Pilot and they'll get first crack the next time we buy a Honda. I highly recommend Honda East.

Waste of time
Scheduled an appointment a week in advance to get my car looked at. Told them what I thought was the problem so that they could be prepared. Took my car in and they never even got around to looking at it. Very annoyed that I drove an hour for this appointment to not even know if it’s safe to drive my car. They had over 3 hours to run 1 test and didn’t even manage that. Don’t do business here!!!

poor people skills
I submitted a request for info and Tim Meador responded as did I. I got a better offer and bought at a better dealer I was nice and told time I already bought I had a better price and then he called me a lier wow really ok so I sent him a pic of the deal and the collage grad rebate and he tells me there is no such thing wow again learn your product and incentives Tim I will make sure everyone I know doesn't buy here this is very poor guest service

We do not buy cars that often but know enough to recognize a professional who care about and enjoys their work as well as helping folks purchase a quality vehicle-2017 Toyota XLE Hybird-at a fair price and excellent financing. We appreciate Bob Shafer and Honda East staff for their no pressure sales approach.

Horrible service department
I had a good experience buying my car from Honda East but their service department is not good. I've taken my car in 4 times so far for 1 problems. The first issue is my gas lid latch keeps breaking. I explained to the technician that the problem is the component on the car gets stuck and wont turn, then when I try to open the lid the piece on the lid breaks. So they order just the part on the lid. No one calls me to let me know the part is in. A week later I call to ask if the part is in, it is. I take my car in they replace the part and I'm on my way, Couple months later it's broke again (they didn't replace the part on the car that's actually bad) I take it in and explain the issue again. They order parts, don't call me (again) I have to call and ask if parts are in, they are. My wife takes the car in (I'm at work) and they make her wait 20 min to let her know that the lid is the wrong color (I don't need a lid) and they need to send it to paint. I call the operator (no answer) I call the service department (no answer) I call the manager (no answer) I finally end up venting to some poor women in sales and she gets me in contact with someone from service who gives me a bunch of excuses and takes no responsibility at all. I'm going to see if they fix this and then I'm going somewhere else.

Great service start to finish !!
I am driving my 5th car from Honda East - I have had the pleasure of working with Chad Brown and Bob Shafer and they have made my experience in leasing a new car a pleasure. They make me feel comfortable and I trust that they will do all they can to assure that when I leave I am a very satisfied customer - and they did just that!!
