Phone scheduling
Service dept is good. But trying to get through the call center to service center is a NIGHTMARE! Easier to schedule by walking in as you drive past on another erand.

Good overall experience with salesperson.
Very nice friendly staff. The gentlemen that I meant with to test drive the car wasn't pushy, which I hate. Also he didn't go on the test drive, which I hate also. I didn't buy a car, but I would look at this place in the future.

Great Dealership
I scheduled an appointment to test drive a used Toyota Tundra Access cab and it was a pleasant experience,as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it, it drove Great,Free Carfax and I couldn't believe I got for a little over half of the asking price!! They damaged my car and refused responsibility
Took my 2015 Subaru STI there to get work done. They accidentally cut my steering wheel in the process. They immediately denied it and after I pressed them they offered to charge me $400 for a replacement for the part they damaged or they'd let their leather repair guy try to fix it. Be careful about this place. If they screw up their work, YOU will be on the hook to fix it. Super untrustworthy.

Disappointed in service.
Wonderful buying experience, terrible service experience. Called to get my windshield replaced because of a crack from a rock. I was told I had to call my insurance. I explained I already did and now needed to schedule to get it replaced. Since the person didn't seem to understand, I asked her to have the service manager call me. I never received a call back, instead I went to Busam Subaru in Fairfield. What a wonderful experience. They gave me the window replacement phone number, coordinated when the window could be replaced, gave me a car to drive for 2 days, and housed my car so the window could properly be set for 2 days. Couldn't have asked for more. Personnel extremely helpful, nice. I would buy from Beechmont but skip the sevice.

Beforewarned Beware
Recently had a timing belt replaced on my outback. Received a call from them that during the replacement the technician suggested replacing the idler pullies due to sound they were making, based on this I agreed but wanted the old parts. Was given the parts after paying and an examination of the pullies showed no sound, no axial or radial play, basically they are mechanically sound. They were changed for the mighty dollar, nothing else. Also on the inspection list was a caution saying that my brake would need servicing soon with my rear brakes being worse with 5 to 6 mm wear left. I changed my front brakes just prior to last winter and my rear brakes last spring!! I doubt he even looked at the brakes and just made his suggestion based on vehicle mileage. Looks like all they service I will be using from this place is the free oil change.

Service department is great butSales Manager is an arrogant
Service department is very helpful and have great people in their team. Jeff Washburn was able to help me and was very nice. Sales manager on the other side, what an arrogant impolite and not willing to make an effort. Getting up of his chair it’s even too much for him. Time to retire buddy!

BAD BUISNESS
My wife and I came in on Friday to look at a used Chrysler 300C that they have had on the lot, got with a salesman Connor, we drove car and sat with him for around 45 minutes to work a deal on this car. One thing that was of concern was they were trying to push there financing of the same institution that we bank with already, like they could strike a better deal than us on our own. The next day we checked with credit union all was good then we called Conor the salesman and informed him we were on our way, he replied great I will have the car pulled up and ready. We get a call from Conor 35 minutes into our trave there that a couple are looking at the car, we get there and a couple take the car out for test drive, a sale manager was now brought into this BAD business deal. He informed me that he was not aware of us being in the day before and told the salesman he should have placed a hold on it if we had told him we were on our way! The other couple bought the car and hopefully they got it for 1500 less than the sales price, but after the last 10 years and buying 3 other cars from them I would never recommend them or ever shop this store again.
