I have free oil changes, so I keep going back, but...

I have free oil changes, so I keep going back, but several bad experiences! I waited an hour and half and when I asked if it was almost ready they had it parked behind several cars. It wasn't even started! Another time they lost my keys! It always takes longer than they say. I will never go back. I will pay somewhere else!

Friendly service advisors

I bought my 2016 Crosstrek new in April 2016. Always receive great service from friendly staff. Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing.

don't trust Beechmont Subaru

DO NOT TRUST BEECHMONT SUBARU. Horrible experience with this dealership. Was deceived and shortchanged from the beginning. Bought a used car from them, had an initial problem of a bad catalytic converter that was passed off as a "wet engine." Mechanics were dishonest and never helpful. Not even after a month with the car, the engine went out and the dealership will not accept any wrongdoing on their part.

Not a trustworthy dealership

Consistently a good experience

Recently I noticed something hanging down underneath the front of my Subaru Outback. Someone on the service desk told me that it was probably a very trivial issue and I could just stop in whenever it was convenient. Last Tuesday I did just that, hoping someone would have time to deal with my unscheduled visit. Andrew took my car in immediately, made sure I was aware of the location of the waiting room, and returned in about 5 minutes to tell me the car was missing a few clips that held up a cover that kept dirt from getting into the engine. He had the clips in stock and made sure I knew the location of the waiting room and understood the price. Another ten minutes and he was back, telling me everything was fixed, and he presented me with a bill for $15, $5 per clip. I asked about a labor charge, and he said there was none; it had only taken them a few minutes. The whole visit was barely an interruption in my day, and I left assured that my car was safe and in good repair. Superior service is what I've always experienced here in the 20 years since my husband and I became a Subaru family. If my car ever wears out, I'll buy another Subaru, and I'll buy it from this dealership.

Will Not Honor Warranties

Bought a '15 Crosstrek with an extended warranty here, the dealer refuses to honor the warranty. Whether intentionally or accidentally (I'll let you decide) they never gave me the proper paperwork and allege I bought something else. They'd rather threaten me with court proceedings than honor something they sold with a smile. Go to Jeff Wyler, at least they won't lie.
