Mark is great! Service department is awful! They didn’t put air in my tires, check my battery and probably didn’t rotate my tires. I had a front light out, however not sure if it was out when I was there. At this point I have lost confidence in your service department. My tires were all at 28. When my light came on I was thankful for a neighbor. Then I got stranded in a park with my special needs daughter at night. So much for your nine point inspection. Had to be towed. Got a jump and took it to Bob summeral and the battery failed the test. They were also supposed to resink my clock. That didn’t happen either. I had the Bob S fix it when they replaced my battery. Not Happy!

Great and easy experience!
Great and easy experience! It was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had when buying a car. Mike did a great job giving us the options of the Subarus we were looking at on the lot. Highly recommend! After buying the Ascent, we came back and Michael Rhoads went through the various settings. That was an invaluable meeting! We are utilizing so much more of the options that our Ascent has to offer with regards to the computer system.

Great and easy experience! It was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had when buying a car. Mike did a great job giving us the options of the Subarus we were looking at on the lot. Awesome staff….we’ve bought 3 vehicles at Beechmont Subaru in the last couple years and had 2 wonderful sales people we’ve dealt with…..we’re treated like celebrities there.
