The service department has disappointed me four separate

The service department has disappointed me four separate times now. An oil plug was not installed so I had to return on my way home, there were two times they could not find a tire leak that a local tire shop was able to find and fix in a matter of minutes, the coolant was not filled as it was supposed to be during a service prompting me to have to buy coolant myself before a big trip in case it was something wrong with the car (it was not the car). Then they didn’t install a spark plug correctly, wouldn’t look into it at my next service, and caused me to pay $300 at another Subaru dealer who found the issue. The “free” oil changes have cost me way more than if I paid for oil changes elsewhere. I’d avoid this service at this dealer at all costs in the future (or it’ll end up costing you like it did me).

I came in to look at a car on a Saturday, right before...

I came in to look at a car on a Saturday, right before closing. My sales person Jason made me feel welcomed immediately, and tossed me the keys to a new WRX to take for a spin. Knowing they were closing in minutes I told him I would make it a quick drive, but he told me to take it for as long as I needed to know if the car was right for me. When I got back it was closing time, but everyone was still so willing to answer all questions I had, and worked up numbers for me. I got to speak with Jason's manager, Joe, who was very politely. He presented me with the numbers and told me to take as much time as I needed to be sure it was the right vehicle for me. I never felt pressured or rushed by Jason or Joe. Unfortunately I ended up buying a different brand vehicle, but I will be sure to visit Jason at Beechmont Subaru if I ever am in the market for a Subaru again.

Online Service Appointment System

Beechmont Subaru has provided excellent sales and service for 3 different cars. I appreciate the on-line service appointment system as it makes it convenient to communicate detail comments/concerns prior to arriving at the dealership. However, this morning I discovered those details do not appear to the service advisor staff - they do not see them. Frustrating that the experience is not seamless for the customer and requires double effort - not sure those comments get registered in CRM system

Beechmont Subaru always exceeds my expectations. The service is topnotch and there is a focus on the customer's satisfaction which is lost in today's world. Everyone that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Mark, the tech who serviced my car, was thorough and professional. It is so wonderful to know that there is still a company that puts the customer first.

Bought my 1st brand new car from them.

Had the deal I wanted at another dealer but they couldnt get the actual car. So I contacted a few dealers and wound up doing the whole deal through email with Beechmont for a couple reasons... Stock is INSANELY low r now and inventory is extremely limited. The other dealers I talked to were unwilling to negotiate on price, Beechmont worked with me on price. They were more forthcoming with information about the vehicle that other dealers were not. Particularly regarding warranty and extended warranty. They were able to secure a vehicle for me from another dealership bc they didnt have color I wanted in stock. Given current inventory issues thatss an achivement. They had to have someone drive hours to get it. And they cleaned it all up and delivered it to my house. For free Found some scratches on the hood after they left. Called them and it was taken care of immediately.

Dishonest Dealership Service Department

Brought car in for oil change, they gave us the 60,000 mile service. Fine. Then the brake pads needed replacing. Fine. Then when we left with the car, the brakes were making a low rumbling noise when pressed, something that never happened before. We brought it back and asked them to take care of it, and they said we needed new rotors - something never discussed before, as they told us the rotors were fine. They turned the rotors with the previous service and messed it up, but basically made us pay for it. And in the process they were rude, condescending, slow, and gave us every explanation except the correct one. All we wanted to hear was "we'll take care of it" and we never got that. Zero accountability, from the receptionist to the service department manager. We'll get our next car from another dealership.

Mark, in the Service Dept was very helpful, and gave me a discount due to some minor confusion in the estimate. I’ve taken my car there for service for seven years (since I bought it there), they have always been very polite and helpful. But I have a concern that the brakes were in terrible shape on the latest visit and they had never mentioned them to me in the past which makes me think that they didn’t carefully inspect the brakes.
