They have always been first class and have been extremely helpful. As I sit in another dealership’s service waiting room I’m looking at Lexus of Dayton’s inventory to be a solely Lexus family. This non-Lexus dealership service is awful.

BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Was sold a $4000 warranty that I told them I DID NOT WANT. Very shady finance department, look elsewhere for a used car.

Terrible
Terrible service department. They charged me labor for something they did not fix. Do NOT take your car here for service and if you do be prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for labor.

Buyer Beware!!
Very disappointed in vehicle presentation.Drove from Indianapolis,In. to buy a certified Lexus. Car had not been reconditioned for sale.very bad scratches in front bumper cover,Left front seat torn, No owners manuals,or other support books,was promised set to be mailed,been over 45 days,they have not arrived. Had to send to local body shop to have bumper cover reconditioned,and refinished...they offered to air brush bumper cover,but that is a very temporary fix...I cant imagine how car past the 161 point inspection with damage that was very obvious, very disappointed in over all experience,not at all what I would expect from a franchise dealer...especially Lexus

Liars and cheats
Dealer sold a car that has check engine light removed. Took back to the dealership twice and they just clear the code and tell us it's fixed. I will tell everyone I know to never buy from you. Dirty cheating dealership.

I have a 2018 LC 500.
I have a 2018 LC 500. Initially I took my new purchase to Lexus of Dayton for an oil change and a break recall. The recall had recently run out for my year vehicle but Lexus went above and beyond to replace them at no cost and provided me with a loaner vehicle to reduce the stress of being without my car. Since then I’ve had 3 flat tires due to nails and screws, every time my service representative Bob has gone above and beyond to help me… he even replaced my car remote battery as a courtesy when I said my remote wasn’t working. Top notch service for our special cars!! Thank you Bob and Lexus of Dayton!!

Disappointed Customer
My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

Lexus sales people are liars
Not good time at all. Can not in good faith recommend them. I bought 2 new cars 2018 sale went okay 2022 NX350h a disaster from beginning which hasn’t happened yet. Salesman say allot but don’t deliver.
