Liars and cheats

Dealer sold a car that has check engine light removed. Took back to the dealership twice and they just clear the code and tell us it's fixed. I will tell everyone I know to never buy from you. Dirty cheating dealership.

I have a 2018 LC 500.

I have a 2018 LC 500. Initially I took my new purchase to Lexus of Dayton for an oil change and a break recall. The recall had recently run out for my year vehicle but Lexus went above and beyond to replace them at no cost and provided me with a loaner vehicle to reduce the stress of being without my car. Since then I’ve had 3 flat tires due to nails and screws, every time my service representative Bob has gone above and beyond to help me… he even replaced my car remote battery as a courtesy when I said my remote wasn’t working. Top notch service for our special cars!! Thank you Bob and Lexus of Dayton!!

Disappointed Customer

My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.

Lexus sales people are liars

Not good time at all. Can not in good faith recommend them. I bought 2 new cars 2018 sale went okay 2022 NX350h a disaster from beginning which hasn’t happened yet. Salesman say allot but don’t deliver.

I found a car i liked on cars .

I found a car i liked on cars . Com but learned it had all ready been spoken for. I learned from speaking with Aria how i need to find out more about new cars coming in. She was very helpful!

New car purchase great- service no so much

I was beyond excited when I purchased my car. The sales person, who unfortunately is no longer there, was great. My first oil change, great. But it has gone downhill since then. I have had three more oil changes since then and every time I called to schedule, I was given the run around. I was told when I bought my car that they would come and pick my car up while I was at work, change the oil and bring it back. Every time I called after that i was told they didn’t do that, someone would call me back, blah blah blah. Never got called back. I’d call a week later and guess what??!! They do that. Why did I have to wait a week to schedule!? Not once but three times. Then I ordered crossbars before Christmas. Scheduled an appt to have them installed. Called three times the day of- get there and guess what?? They never ordered it. So I spoke with Raj. Because at that point I was done with Lexus. Raj promised me he’d order them, get them in, and then call me when they arrived to schedule an appt to install them. (I didn’t want another wasted trip). 6 weeks later, still no call. Why did I wait that long? Because I understand everyone is behind. I call him and THEY ARE SITTING THERE!! Been there. But no one called me. Hopefully Lexus of Cincinnati is more efficient and follows through.

Not honoring warranty

Brought a mustang in for a throw out bearing check. Service determined the clutch was bad without raising the hood or even looking at the car. I told the dealer the fluid line came lose on master cylinder and drained fluid. The car was purchased at Lexus with a life time warranty, they refused to service the fluid. 35,000 miles,purchased with 16,000

Lexus service is NOT what it used to be. I am extremely disappointed and wish I had never purchased a vehicle from them. The lack of professionalism and follow through leaves much to be desired. Although they did go to great lengths to rectify horrendous sales practices and problems with a very disinterested service writer who couldn't be bothered to assure that the job was finished, there are still too many shortfalls. I have heard similar complaints from others. I do have to offer kudos and then to the Service Manager, Mr. Sam Morgan. I have been waiting for a response from the General Manager, who was initially extremely helpful and equally apologetic, for 2 days. Obviously, I'm not going to get one. At this point, I am seriously considering getting rid of my vehicle, but won't be trading it in at Lexus of Dayton.

Inconsistent Performance

Our salesperson was unable to demonstrate the navigation system; we were referred to Eric, the technical expert for the dealership. Eric was terrific! I told the general manager the Eric could triple their pre-owned sales!
