Great hospitality

Help a lot with what I was asking for instead of leaving with a used vehicle came out with a brand new 2022 gmc, love my new truck

Excelente service

Great outstanding service from Rachid, great sales man answered all of my questions and guided me to help pick out my 3 vehicles. Rachid costumer service was excellent. Also great service from the finance person Mr. Rincon great service very attentive and answered all of my questions. These two people deserve a raise. Over all great experience with all the bert ogden team, definitely will be going back and recommending people with y?all.

The service advisor Homero was very helpful he advised me on the services that was being done on my vehicle. The dealership was very intact and on the employee staff members were very nice

Great, friendly service.

Horrible customer service experience from sales person to...

Horrible customer service experience from sales person to GM. I spoke with GM Joe Norton and he had horrible customer service which explains why his sales people have the worst customer service i have experienced.
