0 stars. After waiting 6 months for my truck to be produced I was very excited to get the truck, however, went in and the manager was so rude and arrogant I literally walked away and got my deposit back. They treat you like you’re an idiot, trying to manipulate and intimidate. So much so I will be switching brands after being a lifetime Ford owner. I will be following up with corporate in Detroit with a detailed account of what happened. My sales person was decent but the manager lost him the deal.

Me and My wife had been looking for a new vehicle to replace our family car. We had been to a few different places with no luck. After stopping at Al packer ford we found a Vehicle we really liked. My 2022 Mustang was involved with a brake recall

My 2022 Mustang was involved with a brake recall campaign. Called one dealer and they told me that I would need to leave my car for a day, without a loaner. I called another dealer and they told me that I would need to leave my car for 2 days, without a loaner. Called Al Packer and they sent their Mobile Service Van to my house and they completed the required work in less than 15 minutes - it was only a software update.

Ed was great to deal with before and after the sale.

Ed was great to deal with before and after the sale. Out-the-door costs were same as Ed verbally presented. The only dealer add-on fee was $699 which was reasonable compared to all other dealers. Purchase transaction was quick and easy within one hour. I made appointment during both visits to see the vehicle and then to purchase. I was never kept waiting.

Ed Rodriguez was extremely professional and honest with us regarding the purchase of our new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. This was by far the easiest car buying experience we have had. I will highly recommend Ed as well as Al Packer Ford to all of my friends and family.
