I found a vehicle I was looking for on their website and
I found a vehicle I was looking for on their website and requested a test drive. One of the sales managers called me to confirm the appointment and assured me that the vehicle is on the lot. When I got there, a rude salesperson was trying to sell me something different. They treated me like an idiot which was a disgusting thing. They fool people into getting to the dealership under a false pretense, so be aware.

Very pleasant. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen from 1700 miles away. Jason made it very easy. Great things to say to the whole transaction.

Had a good experience today at Al Packer…service advisor Andre was terrific…got me in and out on time despite the busy schedule..,He even followed up to arrange transportation with Pat who was a pleasure to drive with..first time at this dealership since relocating to Florida.. Will be back..

SNOBS AND TROLLS Date 07/10/23: Contacted them thru text for a truck listed on cars.com for 75238.00 and here are some excerpt's from the conversation: Offered 70000, Justin: "That truck is already discounted, and you are making a crazy offer at 70k?" Offered 72500, Justin: "You could turn around and sell the truck for 12000-15000 more at the auction" later on "will call you tomorrow afternoon" Texts the next day and confirms my offer of 72500 and then disappear with no answer until 6:00pm Called the dealership when they wont reply to the text, and tell another salesman the whole conversation and the offer of 72500 Billy: (Laughing) "I will tell him (Justin) to call you but he probably wont with offers like that" Justin texts back "Will sell you the car for 74238+699 dealer fee+199 electronic filing fee+6.50 fl tire fee + tax" Told him that I was a Georgia dealer and wanted to buy truck for myself and register to my dealership so I would be considered tax exempt, he insists that his dealership only sells to end users and not to other dealers. I told him I am both (end user and dealer by profession), I want the car titled to my business Justin: "IM OUT" Justin: "IM NOT EVEN GIVING YOU THE OPTION TO PURCHASE THE CAR ANYMORE, CALL FORD AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY" Then he trolls me and finds my company information and name on the internet and sends me a final message Justin: "lol sorry Mr.XXXX this might not be the PERFECT AUTO (name of my dealership) for you :)" I HOPE THE NEXT CUSTOMER IS NOT MET WITH TROLLS, SNOBS AND PEOPLE WHO HUMILIATE THEM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
